Hello my name is alexander blatter and i lost all my money due to casino games.
i forgot to pay my rents for 3 months.
shall i go to a psychiatrist?

I would suggest to do the following:

First have a good decant conversation with friends/family and be honnest!!
Tell them what happened and how you feel and also which problems who are standing in the front of your door.
Make sure that you don't get into more problems (like, contact the person from who you rent and tell him that you know that you're behind with rent but that you're looking for a problem, otherwise the bills will go up and eventually you'll lose even more than what you lost in the casino)

I wish you strenght...but don't give up hope.
There are way larger problems in the world than the one you're facing right now even while this feels different at the moment!!
