I am Meokpa. I saw Casinomeister while browsing Google search and loved to join the forum. I love playing, watching and discussing football and visiting casinos. I wand to start developing my interest in gambling activities because I know it can be lucrative when tutored by experienced persons. I would want a little guide from members to be able to perform well in casino business. I hope football issues are allowed to be discussed in this forum? Please I need to be guided and in which section?

Welcome to the forum meokpa

You want to do well in casino business? Are you planning to run your own casino or work in one?

You can discuss ANYTHING in this forum!
The sports section is here: https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/community/sports-talk/

However, not by design I'm sure, this forum has evolved into 99% slots players posting their experiences & thoughts - so you probably wont get an awful lot of football threads going on.

I too am a bit confused about your "success with casinos" question: Do you mean as a Player or as an Operator?

Welcome to the best forum on the net!

A warm welcome to CM. Not an awful lot of sports talk here. But many of the operators have sportsbook, and you have access to reps for those accredited (and some non-accredited as well), which can be a great thing.

There are other forums which have more emphasis on such matters.

If you are a player, you are unlikely to find betting profitable. It's not set up to work that way long term. And I know from my readings, that many sportsbettors that end up ahead end up limited in the bets and bet sizes they can make at some operators.

Best advice I can give is to read the Terms and Conditions for where you play, especially if you take bonuses. Never borrow to gamble (that includes your credit cards) and be prepared to lose your bet more often than you win it. Betting can add excitement to you watching a game, and give you something to cheer for, and hopefully cash out at times.

A million thanks for this advise Jasminebed. I do more of watching than playing these days but betting is a new game for me and I want to take more interest in it.

I think you will have a hard time running this as a "business" because this implies you want to live off of your "assumed" winnings. Online casinos are profitable for the right player, but it's hard and in the event you are good enough at it, some will either fraudulently deny your winnings outright (will just give your deposit back), or they will pay you, but you'll get locked out and a message saying "we do not believe you are a profitable player for us, therefore we are exercising our right to deny your patronage at our casino".....

CM can help you with legitimite complaints when you submit a PAB (and you'll probably need this). It also has a ton of smart members who can give you techniqal advice. As far as APing goes, there are other forums more suited for providing that kind of advice (just Google search it!).

PS: Personally I find sports wagering to be bad bets. House edge of 10-15%....No thank you! If your from North America, maybe try 5 Dimes casino (they offer better bonuses to Canadians and American players too I think).

I am glad for this advise Jshort. I am just new in casino gaming and this piece can go a long way towards helping to guide my decisions.

Welcome meokpa, I'm assuming it's aussie rules you are referring to? who's your team?

Hi meokpa, welcome to the forum. You are allowed to talk about any sport, except rugby. Some of the Brits round here are not talking about that sport for a long time!
