Taking care of our own health has never been more important than it is right now.
I have been following the dietary tips I picked up from listening to the fabulous interviews by an English guy, named Clive De Carle, which he held with numerous individuals who specialise in a particular field of nutrition, and I can honestly say that, while I have been living quite recklessly the last six months or so, I feel generally pretty good, due to a proper diet.
Best to start with episode one, with Natasha Campbell-McBride, a Russian born neuro-surgeon, who pretty much cured her son of autism by sorting out his gut health by dietary means, after the medical mafia had assured her that autism was incurable.
Good gut health is probably the most important thing we can do for ourselves, especially as gamblers...
Trust me, this series of interviews is essential for guaranteed long term mental and physical health.
Episode one - Dr Natasha:
The first minute or two has bad audio, but it comes good, so hang in there!
