Dear Player,
Over the recent days we have noticed a higher amount of attempts to log in to Dunder from unusual locations.
We promptly launched an investigation and have since then been taking further security measures to safeguard your account and information. Our investigation has lead us to believe that the attackers are using bots to try to break access into accounts.
To give you an extra security layer at Dunder we have implemented a 2-Step verification feature which provides you with a verification code by SMS when you log in. This feature can easily be enabled or disabled by the flick of a switch in your account settings page.
Our investigation does not show that your account has been affected, but as a precaution we want to inform you about a few protective steps to take to protect your account at Dunder or in general.
Sincerely,
Team Dunder

- Always make sure you are accessing Dunder through dunder.com.
- Do not click any links you don’t recognise, or providing login details to web sites you don’t recognise.
- Make sure you are browsing secure sites that use the HTTPS protocol.
- Always use a complex password with both letters in lowercase and uppercase, numbers and symbols.
- Next time you log in to Dunder we will give you the opportunity to update your password.
- We also recommend you to avoid using same login details to several web sites. If this is the case we recommend you to change your password on those web sites and/or email services.
Sincerely,
Team Dunder
