Got an email for 10 free spins in The Wild Chase. Been on to chat and they are saying they are there however they are not. Tried several browsers and my mobile.
This gets me frustrated as you almost feel like a liar.

I got them but it took a while until the game opened and a little longer before the free spins showed up.
Maybe there is a little bug in there and for you it just didn't want to show himself

I'm sure they will fix it for you one way or another.
