have had some recent issues at mega casino.

Hello everyone my name's Brad I live in canada. I've been playing slots online for a few years now.
Recently had all my winnings dissapear without reason

I reckon we need a little more info regarding this :) what casino it is might be a Rep here, have you spoken to support,
and mainly how much and why it happend :)
 
The casino is mega casino I used them because they were highly rated on casino guru which was a huge mistake the day I signed up I made 2 deposits the first one was 30 which they gave me a bonus on which was completely played out I made a second deposit of $20 played for hours before hitting $10000 on a 1$ bet. I stopped playing cause I was so excited I fully passed verification and the customer support and casino ambassador emailed me congratulating me on the big win asking me for a selfie and to answer questions about how I'm going to spend the money and offering me a bunch of bonuses saying they would not affect my balance I could withdraw my funds at anytime which was a lie they placed a 1$ bonus on my account preventing me from cashing out . I messaged saying I don't want a bonus please remove it. I tried to withdraw $5000 it was cancelled and all my winnings dissapeared. From $11000 down to 250$ they said I broke the bonus terms which is a lie I asked where and what game and they can't give me a straight answer they are lying the bonus was 30$ meaning the max bet would of been $3 which I never exceeded the scammed me for sure. They said we gave you 250$ as a good will gesture .... Is that I thing cause I don't think casinos give you a good will gesture if you break their conditions. Something's not right here this has totally ruined my holidays this year. I've been playing online for a few years now and have become pretty aware on the do's and don'ts and they are just finding anyway to not pay me $10000 on my first day playing there
 
I dont know Mega casino but this sounds like a very rogue behavior
Maybe @maxd knows better about them and if its worth using the PAB service

Last I checked -- it has been a while -- Mega was part of the EGO group. We've had fairly good success getting player issues resolved with EGO's assistance.

They automatically placed a bonus on my account that would not technically let me be able to bet more then $0.10 per spin I've played at many casinos before and read their terms and condition never seen something so rigged. Their page says are you tired of being scammed we care about our players more then anything. That could not be more misleading and of course this is the one time I've won something over $5000 and their confiscating it . Is it something I should contact MGA directly about it is that a thing? All I know is this isn't right

So I really don't know what to do I tried casino guru but I feel like they are just wasting my time. And they are the ones who rated mega casino so high. the casino won't let me access my history and I cant go on my account unless I accept the new bonus terms which seems sketchy that they have updated their terms since this happened

@beeradical , may I suggest you file a Player Arbitration (PAB) request with us and I can look into it for you. The PAB process starts here: Submit Your Online Casino Complaint - Casinomeister . The process is free to all forum members in good standing so it costs you nothing. We usually get a response from EGO on player issues within a day or so.

If you decide to proceed with the PAB please ensure that you read and comply with the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures . Failure to respect the PAB rules could slow, damage or even cancel your PAB.

Usually we don't take issues that are in progress elsewhere but it sounds like your issue is stalled out so I'll waive that restriction and maybe we can get the ball rolling for you on this.
