I don't know whether it is just me, but has anyone noticed a significant upsurge in spam email after signing up at well known and accredited casinos? Or do I really need the tinfoil hat? In the last few days I have averaged over 50 spam emails, and before that it would have only been a max of a dozen daily, and the only thing that I can see that is different is that I signed up at an online casino a few days ago.

It's something many on here have suspected. E-mail addresses of confirmed casino depositors are like gold-dust to spamming affiliates, or dodgy casinos who don't have the ethics of the rest. I know in sales (on land) canvassers frequently move from one firm to another, often with a supply of leads 'liberated' from their last employer to give them a head-start and easy money. With e-data this activity is so much easier, and any reputable site can do little to prevent it. Hopefully this hasn't happened or isn't happening to you, but a pound-to-a-penny it goes on.

You really should have an email address that is only for casinos, separate from your regular email address.

One thing you can do that takes a little patience is set up a different email address for each new casino you sign up to and then it will be easy to figure out who the guilty party is and you will have evidence to prove it.

I am absolutely finished with Inetbet because I have unsubscribed a gazillion times from their mailinglist but every time they send mails from a different sender which means it is impossible to ban them from my mailbox.
Played there for a while but RTG slots are more boring then watching a 1 mile snail race so I closed account and quit playing.

Also I get a lot of unsollicited e-mails from known rogue casino's,places I have never subscribed or spent a dime.
They all go in my SPAM but it is annoying nevertheless.

No idea where these outfits get my e-mailaddress from.

I am a member of LOTS of various online casinos, bingo sites etc and this attracts well in excess of over 300-400 spam emails per week.

I did go through the 'unsubscribe' process when I was feeling very motivated a few weeks back, however they are starting to 'trickle' back through more and more each day.

I'm loving the idea from John about separate emails addy for casinos etc, I cannot see the wood for the trees some days, blumin useless I am :p

Wow, Last last few weeks have been unreal, Not only emails but mail threw my door as well & most of them I am all ready signed up to ?

I'm getting a lot of text messages lately, from sites I'm not signed up to. in fact two just today, 'SecretSlots' and 'SlotsofDosh' both are Cassava Enterprises, and both are using my name. So it's not just random marketing, someone's given/sold them my name and phone number

Its a bit of putting when they are texting you and shouldnt have your details. I know that I am gotting spammed a lot more over the last few days, and I just delete the emails, theres no point in unsubscribing because they know that you have a valid email address if you unsubscribe and my tinfoil uncovered head then thinks that you will get more and more!!

Spamming me

Today: twice each already.

I usually don't get any spam so I have no idea why now.

Vegas Days Casino

21 Grand Casino

Gibson Casino

Slot Power Casino

Have never played these sites. Who are they related to?

All Rival casinos IIRC.... which nowadays are owned by Rival, hence if you registered with one you will get at some point on the mailing list of all.

Spam emails is one thing, they just ends up in the spam filter, but spam sms get's on my fudging nerves!! I am pretty sure it started after signing up at a semi-bad casino to check them out. Impossible to prove though.
