Hard Rock have started offering a monthly bonus and a good one it is too!

'Deposit 50, gamble 400 and then claim bonus of 50.'
There are very few restricted games.

This looks like one of the best offers around, especially as Hard Rock is a safe place to play.

I have already played and got the bonus, with a little bit extra! :)

Hi,Mitch

Is it a prestigious casino in UK?
The sign up and monthly bonus seems to be sticky as they indicates "Bonuses are only withdrawable as part of a winning bet."Or I misunderstood this?

Thanks
:what:

I think I can answer this - Mitch can correct me if I'm wrong!
Once you get your bonus, you only need to wager it one time then you can withdraw it.
i.e. Get 50 bonus, place 50 worth of wagers on allowed games, and withdraw.

This is from their sign-up bonus, I'm assuming the monthly is the same...
The 50 bonus cannot be withdrawn immediately and must be staked at least once - any subsequent winnings can then be withdrawn.
PS: They also have the great new game 'Wan Doy Pairs Poker', three-handed 3-card poker AND they allow Roulette play in WR

I'm gonna be signing up there real soon!

PPS: Please don't abuse their bonus with BJ!

What does this mean?
Is that a serious question??? :what:

Just in case, it means:-
Please don't just play 300 1 hands of Blackjack, get the bonus, play 50 1 hands of Blackjack and withdraw.

I wish this sort of behaviour just led to casino's disallowing BJ in WR, but unfortunately what it tends to lead to is less generous promotions and higher WR's. :(

You must have registered before July 1st or you dont get the bonus. That is there way of welcoming new players.

well

There is even better deal for new players so what are you complaining about.

this casino only accept credit card or debit card?
neteller is not allowed?

and must register credit card number when signing up?

Its an OK place as far as debit and credit card security is concerned.
They actually have real standards and your data is safe.

I signed up about 2 years ago and only played a few times.

I have had one email, maybe 2 emails over that period.
It's the way an online casino should be.

(...except I didn't like the BJ so stopped playing...oh well)

Hi Davidblue

As it turn out you are right and the monthly bonus rules are different to their sign up rules. This bonus is sticky and therefore is not worth as much as I originally thought.

I made a withdrawal and the 50 bonus was left in my account.

Bet it all on one hand and hit Blackjack. :)

Still value in these bonuses as the above indicates.

I disagree the bonus is definitely not sticky.

Did you play through the bonus one time after it was awarded? I cashed out my whole balance fine same as for the sign up bonus (and every other wager works site bonus).

Could you withdraw all of the winnings from your blackjack?

Hi Mart

Well it's strange, Hard Rock CS confirmed by e-mail that the bonus was sticky and when I tried a withdrawal (after playing the bonus more than once) the 50 was refused and returned to my balance.

However, I have just been back in following your post and seemingly managed to withdraw the full 125 left in my account. I'll wait and check to see whether this full 125 turns up on my credit card.

Strange. Well all I know is that my full withdrawal (for slightly more than the deposit) was paid to my card. I'd be pretty pissed if they did suddenly make it sticky (without changing the terms on website).

Bonus is NOT Sticky

Hi All,

Thanks for the thread and feedback. I wanted clear up your bonus questions, by letting you know that the bonuses that we offer are NOT sticky, however you will not be able to withdraw the bonus immediately after it is added to your account. You must wager the bonus through one more time in order to withdraw it.

I'll look into changing the wording of this in the terms and conditions so that the meaning is clearer.

Mitch - I'd be grateful if you could PM me the contents of your email that told you the bonus was sticky, so I can attend to this training issue.

Chucho - This thread started off about the monthly bonus for returning players. As has been pointed out we do have a much better bonus for new players.

Thanks and I hope to see you all at the tables soon.

Hi Steve - good to have you on board at Casinomeister!

Also good to see your new monthly bonuses. I hope you can continue to offer these great deals for players, even if it means restricting or excluding Blackjack from the WR!
(Hint!) ;)

You need to try playing some Wagerworks BJ, KK - then ask yourself if you'd exclude a game that plays like that ;)
