Today I realised why 32 Red is actually number one

Happy 10th anniversay to all the stuff of 32Red!
The reason I decided to share my short story with you is very simple. Today was the day I realised why actually this casino is number one and why it is so fiercely defended by CM members!
The story:: Last month I got a serious issue with Nedplay casino which is a part of 32 Red group. Well, I'm not going to waste your time with all the details,but the issue was rather complicated and since I didn't manage to deal with the 32 Red management on my own, a PAB was created. Thanks to Maxd and the 32Red reps here my problem was resolved in no time and in my favor! I got what i wanted and my accounts in this group were set in status "clesed" per my request! Sooo. .... This morning when reviewing my e-mails I saw an offer from a long forgotten (for me) gambling site stating that 32Red casino is giving away 10 free chips to all its members in celebration of its 10th anniversary! And immediately a wierd idea rushed into my head - why not to try to take these free credits with the full awareness and 99,999999% sureness that I will be kicked off from the support in the second they open my details for review!
But.... BUT I was wrong! The support just told me that my request will be transferred to a Responsible Gaming Manager, than this manager (Steve Finnan) contacted me, we arrange the reopening of my account so that I will be able to use those 10 free credits and here I'm - writing a post and just realizing how out of space the class of this casino really is!!!

I have joined and played many many casinos in the past and have narrowed myself down to regularly play at ONLY a select few. What matters to me most is Fast payouts, a Hassle Free Verification Process in a timely manner and great KNOWLEDGEABLE live support staff. 32Red has it all.

But you have to agree 32Red is the best Microgaming casino, right? Well if I read it correctly, you actually never played there.. If so, then take my word for it
Microgaming can have you running for the hills sometimes. If the slots turn cold.. you can keep throwing money at them, it won't help. They are a bit more high variance then NetEnt slots. So maybe that's the reason why they aren't so popular there.

Today is a milestone for 32Red and it has been a privilege to read the comments on this thread in celebration of our anniversary. In fact it has been humbling to have people here take the time to give us meaningful feedback on what we do well (and what we can improve on) for a decade. Speaking with colleagues earlier, it just doesn't feel like 10 years - I think this is a good sign!
Any company is only as good as the people working within it. I have been lucky to have some great people working at 32Red who do a great job and who try very hard to live up to the aims of this organisation. We are trying even harder to continue in this vein in the hope that we keep on pleasing our players and putting our customers first.

Ed, Pat and the rest of the 32Red team have certainly set the bar when it comes to service and overall professionalism in an industry that can sure be scrutinized at the best of times. I have really taken notice of the exceptional way that you treat players and have learned a lot from you in the past 6 years since I moved into online gaming.

WHOOP WHOOP can believe my luck this night....hit my biggest win ever on my favorite The Dark Knight 
I almost though about making new thread to praise 32RED. But then no lets just use thread already made. Despite 32RED deserves all threads available
I had crazy run of luck today. First of all last night I tried 32RED mobile for my first time. On my nice new phone Samsung Galaxy S3 android.
But must say the software is very bad if I can be negative. It might be me doing something wrong. But other casinos has got more slots available from Microgaming. But that can't be right that 32RED has not got same up to date one.
Hope someone in here might have experience playing on an android phone?
As Moolah does not show correct on my phone symbols missing etc. and it is also not full screen. Almost minature on my screen. Could it be that it does not support the S3 proper? I even went to 32red site and did it from there. But it seems instead of finding the download app. I instead get put on the Touch mobile version? So maybe that is where it is wrong.
