I'm not happy with Slotastic.

Slotastic sent me an email wishing me happy birthday. Great, that's always nice. In the email two different bonuses were offered: 50% deposit bonus and 10 free spins.
The deposit bonus offer stated that general Slotatic T&C apply. The free spins stated "enjoy 10 free spins on the house". The was no reference to general T&C.

I claimed the free spins coupon and won about 11$. No other T&C was referenced when claiming the coupon, other than a massive wagering of winnings (60x) and max withdrawal amount of 180$.
Against odds, I managed to wager the free spin winnings and requested a withdrawal. The withdrawal was denied and winnings voided. They quoted their T&C:

"20. Customers whose last deposit is older than three months and claim a free-bonus, are not entitled to a withdrawal."

I emailed them back, and was quoted another term:

"23. Customers cannot redeem multiple free-bonuses/free spins offer consecutively: When a customer uses two or more free-bonuses without making a real money deposit in between, management reserves the right to void any bonuses and winnings."

Ok, fine. I have not deposited in the last three months and I do not remember if I've redeemed consecutive free bonuses.

So why bitch and moan?

First, their wording of the invitation email suggested me, that Slotastic offered me a birthday present. No T&C was quoted on the email or in the code redemption page. So this let me to believe they were not applicable.

Second, I emailed their rep here (twice) last week and asked about this. They logged in to their account after this, but it seems it's too small of an issue to send me a reply.

Third, to add insult to injury, their CS kept peddling me for another bonus in our correspondence: "[p]lease be informed that we also offer a 25% cashback for busted deposits without any coupon matches. This cashback has 10 times playthrough and no maximum cashout."

Thanks Slotastic. You really know how to make a customer feel appreciated.

I understand you perfectly. All in that group do the same now I guess.

I remember back in time when we all complained about the Virtual group sent all of these codes that people claimed but rarily could cash out from.
Now this group are doing the same but maybe a little smaller chips.

I get emails a couple of times every week with codes to free chips or spins, that I can claim and play if I want to...but I can never cash out.
There are this rule about two free chips in a row and a deposit in a certain time.
Why can't they have a system who stop those who are not eligible? Some had that before.

So Virtuals, Jackpot Capital group and Inetbet.
Birthday or not doesn't matter.

Happy belated birthday then but no chip from me:thumbsup:

To my surprise today I got a pm where Inetbet wanted me to answer why I had included them in my post.

I did that because they like many other RTG's do have certain rules when it comes to free chips :)

The difference between them and other RTG's is that they place the birthday bonus directly in the customers account. That mean that the specific birthday bonus is not included in their rules.

Why they didn't reply themself to my post and explained my mistake I don't know, but I hope they are satisfied now ;)

birthday slap...

to send out that kind of present to a birthday-kid, who starts playing, is happy and then they go ahead and take it away after he succeeded... Thats a biirthday-slap into his face.

That is real awful attitude imo.

A late Happy Birthday from me, too... Hope you were not tooooo much disappointed by that ugly "present".

btw - virtual group last year made an exception for me regarding birthday chip and no deposit.

At least Inetbet reacts in some way. That can't be said about JPC Group/Slotastic. I was under the impression that accredited casinos address concerns and questions from the CM player community. Slotastic rep just ignored the PM's sent to them. That's just plain rude.

thank you for sharing it.

BTW I really appreciate you are sharing this since this forum for me is a very important source to decide wether to trrust a place or to avoid it.

I was betrayed by europlay once. I take cases like yours very seriously since it is like the lackmus-test of the operators and staffs attitude towards their clients.

imo the casinos can be satisfied with the guaranteed odds on their side. they are not forced to take advantage of their clients on other fields.

that birthday thing is such a clear symbol for total disrespect and rude behavior for ridiculous amounts - whenever i will come across that name i know i would never ever click the signup button, because i immediately get a popup regartding your case.

i think good experience should be mentionned - however bad experience is even more important: to help others avoid such an experience.

Had this happening last year with SlotoCash (i think that is the right name, too lazy to double check).

It was the only RTG casino where i registered and actually deposited once in a while when i felt like going for RTG games. However, i had not in the 3 months prior to my birthday.

Got a 30$ chip for my birthday with a max. cashout of 6 x bonus and made it to a withdrawal, only to be told "ahnanana, you won't be paid because you did not deposit in the past 3 months"  Plain rude support and useless emails later i gave up and told them to stuff it. Needless to say that i never went back and deposited.

It would be sooooo easy for operators to send out promo emails only to qualifying players by applying a filter that checks if deposits were made in the requested period or that there wasn't already a free chips applied to the account after the last deposit. But i don't think casinos want to do that as out of the 1000's of email recipients there might be a small percentage which then actually deposits after losing the free chip and "bang bang bang" the whole story becomes profitable for the casino.

these guys are severely damaging their own business in the long run. they dismiss loyal, depositing players who will never return and they severely damage their reputation.

small minded amateurs, drivn by greed and ruthlessness imo.

I feel sorry for you. the disappointment of a casino stealing your winnings - no matter what excuse is used for that - are unstandable.

sending out birtday gifts which are nothing but worthless, timestealing crapcodes should be banned.

Cheers Hummel..... no worries, the wihdrawal was only 120$, that is why i gave up so easily.

But I agree, they lose players in the long run, but then most casinos don't bother as long as they have enough "fresh blood" coming in regularly.

I am of course with you, - that is not a big amount - however it is the gesture that is really awful. They send out a "birthday present" which is designed in a way that in 99% it will be wortthless because of odds and wagering requirements are co-sabotaging a playthru.

If you´d busted you surely would have kept faith that they had paid you if you succeeded. maybe you might have deposited valuable funds to their shading, weird operation. However - you took time and concentrated, played their outaged, boring slots and finally succeeded to meet the wr.

then they took out a klatsche and slapped it right into your face - sending you a fake birthday present to trick you into depositing - into a hole where never ebver a penny will be withdrawn again.

So - big luck, you succeeded and could reveal them for yourself as unrelieable, rouge place that deserves not a single penny of your hard earned funds.

I am really angry that they treat - former depositors but depositors - that ugly way when they have birthday. Lif is hard and sad enough. that is such a terrible attitude - what do those do in leisure time? kill puppies for pleasure?

I was once stung by a bingo site, I exchanged £5 CASH On an affiliate site, Albeit it went on to bonus, Any way I won £50 than £100 on scracth cards, I go to withdraw only to be told I have not deposit in 30 days I am not entitled for a withdraw, I than went on to ask what if I deposit and than the excuse come in thick and fast, I would have to turn over the £150 x amounts of times, I was allowed to play the 150 but not withdraw it, At the end my account was blocked,

They shoot them self in the foot really, I can understand no activity for a while than fair enough but 30 days? This was long before the withdraw to the latest method and all that rubbish, Money laundering Etc,

Sites do it on purpose, you have not deposit in a while so they think they have lost you as a player, so send out theses offers knowing full well they are useless, If you lose than they may get you depositing again by making you think they giving you freebies, If you win they deny winnings and do not care as far as they are thinking you was not going to deposit any way,

RTG sites are some of the worst for this,

Great decision

Any plans to change the rules for those who get birthday presents?
So far I've just heard about two members in here who got their winnings from birthday chips, and without being a member here they clearly hadn't been paid.
