GUTS promo dont know ?

i got this on my guts homepage this mornin

so i put my mobile no in received an activation code which i put in then nothin, so i sent email to guts on here

this morning but no reply, and ive just been on live chat this evening where i had to upload an image of there own page

then i was fobbed off with a well get back to you like i made it up, anyone else see this in the campaign,

Im not holding my beath.
I received a 100% match email. Went to the casino, couldnt load a CC as there were no places/fields to enter the 16 digits - im gathering because theres 4 ccs listed and one needs to be removed to make room for a new one. Support said they couldnt and would email me once done. This was before the weekend, noone's gotten back to me and the promo's expired.

That's too bad dionysus. I cannot use this promo myself (which I receive every week: 100% up to $250) because Neteller is excluded. I only deposit via Neteller. Still, I got lots of other fun stuff so I am quite happy with all the other rewards I get.

well to me as uk player what's advertised is what you get, but just strange live chat had no idea what i was talking about and havin to upload a screenshot

of there own page with the promo on it , chat finished with i have escalated it to the relevant department (now where have i seen that before )
