Guts free spins led to £550

Well hi guys... not sure if you all know or not but I haven’t played for a bit of a while due to my father having been diagnosed with both dementia and prostate cancer. It’s been time consuming to say the least so no time to play. However Guts sent me some free spins and I had a bit of time so had a play. I won about a fiver and decided to have a go minimum bet on the new 300 slot. Well I nearly fell of my chair when I got to the 300x level and probably actually fell of my chair when total win was £550
This couldn’t have come at a better time believe me, really made my day. Only just getting round to actually posting about it and will be actually withdrawing the whole amount today! See not kidding about no time at the moment! anyway here is my screenshot.

Planning on spending it in...... school uniforms! Yep exciting ....
BTW Does anyone know how long does guts take to process these days? I Withdrew yesterday using trustly to my bank account thinking that’s most preferable but still nothing.
Of course I Updated the whole ID thing too just in case

Nothing new i had withdrawals well over 24 hours a few years ago when they were promoting fast withdrawals another reason they are on not too play list.

As for the Gut's Rep these days it is https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/members/guts.45982/ but i am guessing you have not saw the posts in the last year os so about them not being very active or responding to queries. So good luck getting a reply from them soon. Be better of chasing up live chat.

What is it with casinos these days, they promote like mad when they open get accredited and raving reviews from us lot then there is promotions for the reps and managers and that’s it, then it’s all downhill from there. One day they will learn from previous casinos mistakes! Or not!
