If ur in US or Canada then its because time is in CET. So you would need to wait couple hours i guess?

As others have said, it is most likely a Time Zone issue. I have missed few bonuses because of it, the latest one was when Wild Waves was released (WW50) as I get the email the next morning.

Since claiming the Welcome bonus I have always encountered problems with redeeming bonus codes at Guts. You can contact support first, deposit later and they will credit you manually.

The cool thing about Guts is that when you go to their website on the bottom bar by the chat link it shows THE CASINO TIME - it was pointed out to me once by someone in chat because if I made a deposit to qualify for free spins or whatever, sometimes I wouldn't get them and it was because I'd either made my deposit too early or too late.

It would be nice if they also expanded it to show the day as well, but it's still helpful I think!

Yes Ben is simply great and out of this world You can always contact him if any problems. Same goes for Tony and other Guys'n'Girls at Guts. They are one of the kind in my eyes! :notworthy

Ben is one of the best reps I have ever dealt with, and together with a couple others on this site, put other outfits to shame! Not sure why they can't catch on and learn something from these guys.
