Great Week on Guts Casino

Wow what a great week for me on Guts- spent the last three months saying how I never win on this casino then POW!!! Took out 1k on dead or alive on Friday and have won £100 on some "Casino / Cashoton winner Day 3" promotion today - not sure how I won it or what the promotion was for but thanks Guts for a great week :)

Thanks Rainmaker :) That's the one :) Just interrogated someone on Guts live chat to see how I had won it :D Not that it matters because I'll take free money all day long haha was just a little shocked when I logged in to find £100 :) Buzzing!

I know Tirilej :) You know what it was, I was caught up in the winning moment - when I had five wilds everything went out the window, my eyes were glued to the screen. It was only later on I thought Daymmmmn I should have took a screenie :/ It was about £1400 the win but obviously I played a bit more after that!

Does anyone know if it's possible to get screen shots off the casino or not?

Just ask the casino. They should be able to if you know the time and place.

Hi shanetospin. And congratulations on the amazing win, or should I say wins:) I can send you the DOA screenshot that we have in PM.

And the Cash-o-ton promotion still has 4 days left. During Saturday and Sunday we'll even increase the daily prizes to €250 each. Good luck to all!
 
Congrats on your week of success. I too have been in the run and hoping for that cash o rama raffle draw. They say 1 ticket per $20 deposited, but would be nice if they show how many tickets you have and time of the draws.
 
Horrible connectivity issues with Guts today. Often timing out, Sportsbook and casino neither working reliably. They really need to sort Everymatrix out, I'm pretty sure they're paying a premium for their service and have SLAs in place.
 
"currently undergoing maintenance". You don't undergo maintenance on a Saturday when you have a sportsbook and all the football games in Europe are on.

Should just admit they're having technical difficulties instead of that generic message suggesting it is scheduled maintenance.
 
EM is having issues at the moment so we had to put the site to maintenance as well. Hopefully these are going to be fixed asap. Sorry for the bad experience.

I'll see what we could do with the maintenance page and message.

Cheers Timo. I know it isn't Guts fault per say but surely you can do something to force EM to get their act together.
 
I've had a couple of sessions this week.

While playing table games and roulette I had to cover my balance with a post-it note as it would update before dealing the cards and completing the spin. Of course it's great when you see your balance jump - at the same time you know right away if it's not a winner, so the animation is pointless.
For slots it was OK though.
Buttons on DOA lighting up randomly, but that happens win-or-lose AFAICS.

Virtually unplayable

Playing DOA on Guts today. Was a nice experience earlier as the problem with the balance updating before the reels had stopped seemed to have been resolved.

That said, loading the site has been a very hit and miss affair.

But tonight, its been virtually unplayable - constant freezing during play, balance updating during spins had returned.

Really disappointed with the performance of the site at the moment. Is a great shame as its one of the best casinos for promos and support but that doesn't help if you can't play the games!

Yeah I cashed out (processed lightening fast) until they fix their performance issues. Can't complain about their service, it really is top notch. Everymatrix is really letting them down big time.
