I agree 100% and also would like to see them get more recognition as a US facing casino , they do go the extra mile and Yasmeen is a top notch casino manager, you will never see her skirt around issues that concern her casino on CM , she deals with it and answers promptly and for me that makes for a great casino where you know your going to get a fair shake.

Its not easy to win at GV or any of the JC casinos if you are on a bonus. Its not that the slots are especially tight at these casinos but rather the 60x wagering for ND bonuses or the 30x(d+ b) wagering for deposits with bonuses. They are bang on a winning formula if players take bonuses but who doesn't if you play at RTG slots. I have had cashouts on both deposits with bonuses and no-deposit bonuses but I try to double my bankroll first by lumping the whole lot on a game of paigow poker which is the only allowed table game. If I win I search for high variance games and hope for a big hit and if I do hit handsomely I return to my old favourites ie Diamond Dozen, Mermaid's Queen and enjoy low-rolling and then cash out what's left. Mind you, even this way your bankroll is likely to be eroded at least 20% from its peak.

That's really weird. Today I checked my e-mail and I had one from Grande Vegas. It said I won a free $50 non deposit chip from there daily raffle. I was kinda shocked it said I had a $3000 playthrough.

I never thought I would get through the playthrough. But I did and requested the $250 max win.

What I really like about the Jackpot Capital Group is how they handle payouts. You receive an automatic email when the withdrawal has been initiated, and an email when the payout has been processed.

They consistently follow their published timeframes regarding processing and payout. Even though I don't like their 48 hour business hour hold before processing, i.e. if you cash out after Wed morning e.s.t., your payout will not be processed until Monday morning, I am aware of it, and set my expectations accordingly.

My experience with their customer service either via email or live chat, is courteous, professional responses that actually answer my questions.
I like this group a lot.
