They keep sending me a 400% bonus offer...Can anyone tell me if they can be trusted to pay out?

Didn't you start the exact same thread last month?
Well spotted!

Also - why is this posted in the Casino Industry Discussion section?

I met the guys running the Affiliate Program behind this group of casinos (Revenue Jet) in January. Though the casinos do have "less than ideal" cash-out limit policies, I personally do think they are safe for players to patronise - which is why I do list them on my websites.
I don't recall reading any complaints from genuine players not getting paid their cash-outs.

LocoPanda, Classy Coin, Grand Parker and OnBling - ARE THEY CLOSED?!! NOT ABLE TO GET

I have been trying to get through to all of the following casinos since yesterday (LocoPanda, OnBling, Classy Coin and Grand Parker) and have not been able to even sign on to any of them. Their phones do not answer and their live chat options do not respond. I tried doing some research on line and can't find anything yet. I know they're all part of the same ownership group now (Revenue jet?) and originally was started by some of the folks that came from the WinPalace (or Affactive Group?). Anyway, this is kind of serious right?Thank gosh I received my last payout from them yesterday via Fedex (Canadian check payable in US funds... I hope it clears... it took 2 months 2 get it!) I know they're not accredited here, but I did have luck with them over the past year and always did get paid (although slowly). Anyway, does anyone have any new info on this situation? Note: this is just my personal experience from yesterday and today and I do not intend or want to make any untrue or alarming statements about these casinos. I'm just wondering if anyone else out there knows anything or has experienced similar? Thanks.

I have never had issue with grand parker. However, I cannot even get classy coin or loco panda to download. This is worrisome. Hopefully it is just "maintenance" or some such thing.

Grand Parker, Loca Panda and Bedago not functioning....

JJ from new york here. I too can't get on to Grand Parker, Bedago or Loca Panda. I uninstalled all three and Panda and Grand Parker won't download. Bedago downloads as WinPalace???????? Is something strange happening????? Anyway this is the 2nd day of this.....

Well! I am not surprised. These casinos are quite a mess. They don't even know themselves who they are connected to. If a player signs up at winpalace, spam comes from Loco Panda...and vice versa.

Look how connected they are these are the latest:

hmmmm...I wonder if there will be any posts popping up around the net about being hacked this time? Like with the DDOS last time....

I asked my contact at RevenueJet what's occurring, and apparently they had some quite serious unexpected technical issues during a system upgrade which caused these problems. They are sorting it out and all the casinos should be back up & running normally pretty soon.

4 days later.....

4 days later and all three casinos(panda, bedago and grand parker) still don't function. Is the technical issues somewhere along the lines of they're out of business or did they just drop the U S A markert? JJ

chat is operable

This may be of small consolation, but the chat is operable (A message they are down comes up, but if you wait the host comes on), so that's a glimmer of positive news.

Let's hope they are back shortly. I liked playing there a lot.

Begado doesn't have anything to do with the other casinos, so I wonder why they are down at exactly the same time as the others. It's not even the same software. Interesting...

Really?

There are many reports indicating otherwise, showing a clear connection between GoldVIP, WinPalace, Begado etc and GrandParker, LocoPanda etc. on the other side.
Coincidence that Begado and GrandParker software are served from virtually the same server in the Ukraine - which are both down at this point?

Sorry, I must have forgotten to put my favourit guy after the word interesting. Here he is:rolleyes::rolleyes:

I have no doubt that there is a connection between them. No matter how many that have met these guy that runs Grand Parkers casinos. Of course there are different people running all casinos, but that doesn't mean they are not connected. The similarities between them all are too many to say that they are not connected.

I would stay far away from all of them and I am. There are so many better places.

I did get an e-mail from one of their finace/CSR guys a couple of days ago and they said everything should be up and going again in 3-6 days. At least it's an e-mail, and it was from someone who had e-mailed me before.

We'll see and here's hoping.

Trouble is there are affiliates who keep promoting them. Until these affys decide that integrity is more important than money, it will continue. How anyone can promote them given their history is beyond me.

What I wonder is why and how a lot of casinos can stay down for two weeks? If it's a serverissue, don't you just switch to another server? As you can understand I'm not a computergeek, but I can't really understand how so many sites can go down and stay down.
Some people are really starting to scream after their money and havn't heard a thing.
Strange it is and after this I would be even more scared to give them anything.

Obviasly people like to play certain Games and just have a casino they like. But its the server that gets attacked,so all things hosted from that server will go down. so obviasly they are all connected,

To be honest why would you pick them to play at when we have access to the highest of highest rated Casinos , 32 Red , 3 dice to say a couple ,

Dont come to CM second to have a look , Come To CM first and choose a concrete casino!

OPEN AGAIN! _ Offering Huge Bonuses for the inconvenience -

I'm sure most of you have already seen that they are all up and running again (Begado, GRand Parker, LocoPanda, OnBling and ClassyCoin). They said they were dowm because of a major server crash. I know they were never accredited on here and they certainly had issues with late pays but I don't know if they ever actually ripped anyone off. My past experience with them was favorable (except for payouts taking 15+days). THe bonuses they are offering sure are appealing.

Whatever you decides to do, don't say we didn't warn you.
If bonuses is what you think makes a casino then there's probably nothing more to say.
Next time they might be down forever.

Dont worry, I'M STICKING WITH ACCREDITED!

FYI - I'm gonna stick with the accredited casinos! It's not worth the aggravation or worry or possible money loss. I hope that these casinos do have success though and will one day end up on here as accredited. I would like to see at least a couple more casinos with the RTG NuWorks platform like Buzzluck has (I love those games!). Thanks for the advice! ...and take care everyone!

I understand your wish, but these spammers aren't supposed to be accredited here.

Marketing Standards for accredited casinos
•Must not use false, misleading or deceptive advertising.
•Must not spam, and must take appropriate actions against any affiliates or any third parties who do spam.
•Must not cross promote to other properties without giving proper credit to affiliates and/or their advertisers.

Servers in the Ukraine:confused:

Since when did Ukraine give out online gambling licenses?

I am now wondering whether this is something along the lines of the GoWild problems a while back - the servers being TAKEN down by the Ukranian authorities pending an investigation of their activities. This would explain almost everything, how they could not simply execute a "rollback" to the previous working configuration, why they had no access to their back office and no ability to allow players to withdraw their funds if they didn't want to wait an indefinite length of time for a restoration of service, etc.

GoWild got out of their mess by pulling out of Croatia altogether, and even now the police there don't seem to have closed the case. RevenueJet may have had to move to a different base of operations, which would explain the length of time this has taken, as well as the instability of their return. Things may well return to normal as they did with GoWild, however the true scale of the risks were hidden from players. Had they not been able to restore services, would players have recovered their money.

What backing do they have now? Having been offline for the best part of a month, no revenue to speak of, yet a month's worth of continuing liabilties for staff, hosting, etc; plus an unexpected cost in restoring the service after the screw up, which seems to be a month long technical contract for someone, which doesn't come cheap, and now they are jacking up the risks by offering huge boni to lure players back. If too many of these boni are beaten, they may not be able to pay, and will have to start delaying payments or using "smallprint" on players to mitigate the risk.
