I must be a bit brain-dead after my holiday...

Can anyone please translate the GM free-spins promo into English for me?
Or at least, tell me how much the first deposit has to be?

From their T&C''s:-
Here's how to get your Free Spins:

Register as a real player. Make a note of your casino account number.
Go to the Claim Your Offer page once you have made your first deposit and meet the 1X wagering requirement.

Enter your name, e-mail address and Real Account number and submit.

Make your 2nd purchase, wager it 1x through.

Wait 24 hours for your FREE spins to be reflected.

How it works:

Your 2nd purchase qualifies you for the following Free Spins:

Purchase up to $/€/99 = Get 50 FREE spins

Purchase up to $/€/149 = Get 100 FREE spins

Purchase $/€/150 and more = Get 150 FREE spins
Remember to wager it 1 x through!

Login to the software and open CASHVILLE or HARVEYS Video Slot.

Your free spins will be ready for you on each game to start winning!

PS: Anyone tried it? How did you get on?

After the deposit and claiming the bonus you go directly to that particular slot and it is loaded with the free spins. I did Harvey's and got $30 plus or minus.

After the 2nd deposit, I'm assuming. I've yet to receive my free spins, but they say it takes ~24 hours...

I think you have to download the Viper version to get these spins. But what I am confused about is do you make your 2nd deposit in the original version or once you download the 2nd version? And it says to create account in Viper version, will this be a different account from 1st version? Sorry, not much help there.

And how much are the spins worth? Any info on that?

Seems like a confusing and troublesome promotion.

They're $1/spin....

It was either 1c*4coins*25 lines, or 2c*2coins*25 lines for Harveys, and 5c*1coin*20 lines or 1c*5coins*20 lines on Cashville. I don't remember offhand.

Not like the old "Gift Crap" promotion that was ran during xmas ;) I got a total of ~$76 from 100 spins.

The promotion is actually pretty straight forward. If you deposit $100, you get 50 spins on Cashville, and 50 on Harveys. $50 gets you 25 spins on each. $150 gets you 75 spins on each. I'm pretty sure that you have to wager your deposit 1x on Slots only to qualify...but don't quote me on that ;)

Bottom line is: It's another 100% bonus, that you can only play on these 2 selected slots. Any wins from those will be put in your bonus account, which has the normal 30x WR.

KK,
I put $50.00 in on my second deposit and the next day the free spins were there on Harveys and Cashville. It is $1.00 a spin, so you get 25 on Harveys and 25 on Cahville. I made $74.00 in bonus money and played other slots with it for a while. I had already downloaded the software and did'nt have to reload it (viper). It was a fun promotion. I like this casino and I play there a LOT. :D Gor for it and...good luck!;)

I found that the free spins come in clumps of 25 so if your bonus is for 100 you get 2 sessions of 25 on Cashville and another 2 sessions on Harveys. It was fun although I did not do very well dollar wise.

Great result from so few spins!

I contacted the casino to answer my original question; You have to take the sign-up bonus first & then only get the free-spins on your second deposit.
When I do it I will go for the max $150 deposit & 150 spins - but don't hold your breath, it may take me a couple of weeks micro-rolling to finish the WR on the SUB!

:p

Free Spins at Grand Monaco

Hi guys,

Just to clarify that the Free Spins works as follow:

1. Make your first deposit and claim the sign-on bonus
2. Wager your deposit one time through in order to activate the sign-on offer
a. Your account will be credited within 2 hours from meeting the one time wagering depended that youve claimed the sign-on.
3. Make your second deposit and the free Spins value is depended on the amount you deposit
a. $20 - $99 = 50 free spins
b. $100 - $149 = 100 free spins
c. $150 = 150 free spins
4. The Free Spins will only be credited to your account once your first deposit bonus balance has reached zero.
5. Any winnings off the Free Spins go into your bonus account which is subject to 30 times wagering.
6. However you are able to cash this in as youve already met the wagering requirements of the first deposit bonus so all what will happen is that you will forfeit any left over bonus balance should there be any.

Hope this helps,

Best regards

Well it helps a bit, but I don't see why you are saying to make your second deposit BEFORE you've finished all the WR for the sign-up bonus...?
Surely it would be better to complete the WR on the SUB first, and only then make your second deposit for the free-spins.
(Bearing in mind that you must not withdraw anything before getting the free-spins)

Amounts to the same thing at the end of the day, but maybe a bit simpler to explain/understand...?

KK

I had the same concerns KK. Initially i made my second deposit straight after the first and thought i made have boo booed lol So contacted Mario in a Pm and i have to say his speed of response and level of reply was excellent. It doent matter when you make your second deposit and the free spins will be credited whenever you finally manage to get rid of the SUB
I must say if Mario is an ex example of GM customer service team then so far im very impressed.

Well I completed the S.U.B. WR, deposited another $150 & got the 150 spins no problems!

The good news is I won $164.90 in bonus chips! ;)
The BAD news is, that means another $4,947 in wagering!!!
(Took me several hours a day for 11 days to do the initial WR...)

I'll report back later... probably in August!
:p

By way of info, GM are changing their name in August to "Grand Mondial", not that it will affect anything.

What's a Grand Mondial? I found an expensive book on amazon called, Le Grand Dsordre mondial, 1989-2001 but that didn't help me a bit:confused:

Not bad!

I want to tell you how it was for me use this promo.
At first I deposited 50$ from my Moneybookers account, wagered it 1x and received the bonusI cut the long story, just tell you I busted. Actual result = -50$. OK. The second deposit was 100$. And I busted again waiting for Free Spins! Must to say it was my fault. Actual result = -150$. After few hours I received 100 Free Spins. Played it and won smthng about 100$ in Bonus Money and decided to blow this money on Roulette. Played 3-4-5 numbers with 5$ per number and won pretty 304$!! Actual result = +154$
So I decided not to try one's fortune and withdrew. Now status of my withdraw in progress. I think its not bad to double my total 150$ in two deposits :)

P.S. I impeach myself cause loss of my second deposit was soooooo stupid

You managed to satisfy the wagering requirements on that slotmonster on roulette? :what: lol Quite an achievement in itself i believe.

My experience with Monaco wasnt as succesful unfortunately. The casino played brilliantly while i had high bonus money. And i mean brilliantly, loads of bonuses, loads of high wins. When the bonus balance decreased to about 25 % of its original value it was almost like a switch had been turned. From that point on balance continued to go down and very little came out, to the point where i finally had little over 20 USD left by the time the wagering requirement was met (from over 350 odd). In my experience this only ever goes 2 ways anyway. either you satisfy the requirements with money over or you dont.
I call this the `promotional period` and im a firm believer that all Mg software has it. Anyway to cut a long story short whenever i join a new mg casino I use this an as example to me of whether or not I will carry on supporting the casino after the initial welcome bonus. For me it is all based on what my balance is once the wagering requirements have been met on the welcome bonus and im sorry to say that Grand Monaco failed as my balance was almost nil. Several of my regular played at casinos passed this test(which is why i still play there) but unlike the others `didnt click the off switch` just because i was nearing the end of the bonus money and was able to cash out.

I know some of you will think this is daft and some of you will think there is no such thing as a `promotional period` and thats fair enough, but ive joined enough mg casinos and received enough opening offers to know that almost ALL of the ones ive joined have played great for at least the first few days after joining some a lot longer. Surely others have noticed this trend as well? or am i alone here? lol If so so be it but we all play to our own theories and ideas and this happens to be my criteria for continued play at a casino. :)

The only reason I started to use bonuses way back when, was that it gave me enough of a cushion to get thru the 'probablility' veil on games like Tombraider with a hunder dollar deposit.

Is your experience possibly that with a bonus, during the 'promotional period' you have more opporunities to hit a well paying feature, then when you are playing with no bonus, your deposit size, thus number of spins, is lower?

Unless I read you wrong, (and that's possible - in a hurry, no coffee yet lol) You could just sign up at new mg casinos without bonuses and expect 'promotional period' odds. Play at each one and cash out when ahead. Of course you would eventually run out of casinos (have already?) but didn't someone say earlier that they 'reset' the odds after uninstalling the casino for a period of time then re-installing?

Whatever it is, I'm glad to read and sometimes discuss.. keeps things interesting.

Good luck:thumbsup:

Interesting point Lojo. Im not sure to be honest because like many people im a fun player. i wager a fair amount of money each month on online casinos and I DO play with bonuses whenever I can because as you know that extends the play time and the fun you have. if i win thats a bonus to me, of course i Always hope to win. To answer your question I dont know ive never signed up with a casino and not claimed a bonus, but I do know that the ones that dont rob me blind or throw the off switch when the bonus nears running out are the ones that get my continued loyalty, especially the ones that enable a cash out from your very first deposit. Its kind of like a sign for me, call it superstitious or not lol

Your post makes it sound like you didn't finish the WR on the bonus chips - so how could you withdraw $304...?

Depending on how much you wagered on roulette, I would have thought your max would be around $160 - $170...

As an addendum to my previous post really. Kudas has to be given to grand Monaco and a few of my words have to be eaten. Since my previous post on this topic I signed into Monaco to use up the bonus points i had accumulated during my sign up not expecting it to go very far in the slightest and low and behold Dolphins tale played like a dream and I ended up making a significant withdrawal ironically enough. Ironic huh, Maybe ill moan a bit more often lol But Kudas given all the same, they might even make it into my regular list :)
