Golden Pokies not paying out

Hi All

Not sure if this is the right place to ask for any advice/help on below.

I have played at several online casinos and never had an issue withdrawing (even 2-4K)
However I have a 5K withdraw at goldenpokies.com which has become a nightmare.
I originally sent all my documents in 3 weeks ago and got approved after a few days. When I made my withdraw I got an email saying I had been flagged for fraud and they now needed photos of me holding my ID,CC etc which I complied with. A few days later I got approved again and requested the withdraw.
5 days later I followed up and they said it was in the final process of payment and should be any moment. The next day I got an email saying I now needed to send all my documents notarized and the money had been put back in my account again.

I feel like this is going to go on until I give up,it costs around $250 to get documents notorized here in Australia.

I feel like I should have done some research into the casino first but previously having no issue with others may have left me a bit naive.

Does anyone have any advice on this kind of situation? Thank you

Feel really sorry for you guys down under as you have no choice but to play at some dubious places.

Golden Pokies is a brand of SpinsPartners and they are known for payment issues, well, to my knowledge. Their main tactic is to open new gaming sites on a continuous basis. Once they run into problems, they open a new skin. They claim to have a Curacao licence which is worth less than a used sheet of toilet paper, unfortunately.

AFAIK, Golden Pokies only started in Jan 2020, maybe a month or two earlier. Sister sites were/are Pokie Spins, Spin Million, AllSpinsWin, ROO Casino, Bonza Spins and a few more, maybe a ton more, nobody really knows as they tactically offer always just a few brands to each affiliate and not all.

The affiliate manager for the group is: ..... maybe an avenue for you to get some help.

Looking at your post, those are typical tactics casinos use not to pay a player. I do hope it will not be the same in your case, but I wouldn't spend a penny on notarizing any documents as they most probably will come up with some other request.

Thanks Harry I thought this may be the case so will avoid the notarizing.
I’ll touch base with Charlize and see if I have any luck.
Cheers for the info and advice.

Generally, if a casino is asking for notarization it is maybe for one out of 3 or 4 documents, e.g. ID. Any blanket request is 99.9% purely for delaying or avoiding payment.

What would be helpful though is that you would find out the real address of the casino operator as they would have to give you that for sending the docs. Wouldn't be surprised if would be somewhere in Eastern Europe or Russia.
