Hi All
Not sure if this is the right place to ask for any advice/help on below.
I have played at several online casinos and never had an issue withdrawing (even 2-4K)
However I have a 5K withdraw at goldenpokies.com which has become a nightmare.
I originally sent all my documents in 3 weeks ago and got approved after a few days. When I made my withdraw I got an email saying I had been flagged for fraud and they now needed photos of me holding my ID,CC etc which I complied with. A few days later I got approved again and requested the withdraw.
5 days later I followed up and they said it was in the final process of payment and should be any moment. The next day I got an email saying I now needed to send all my documents notarized and the money had been put back in my account again.
I feel like this is going to go on until I give up,it costs around $250 to get documents notorized here in Australia.
I feel like I should have done some research into the casino first but previously having no issue with others may have left me a bit naive.
Does anyone have any advice on this kind of situation? Thank you
