FYI
White label Rival casinos (which is most of them) are on the Rogue (Not Recommended) List.
So, caveat emptor.
That is not complete accurate, that all Rivals casinos are in the rouge section. They are in the NON Rouge section, that means that Casinomeister has resevations, but they are not rouge.
Just to be accurate.

Actually, you're wrong for the most part.
I said they were in the ROGUE Section, and I did NOT say ALL Rival casinos, just the white label casinos.
The section that they ARE in (NON ROGUE) is hardly an endorsement or a green light that members should play there. The description states:
White Label casinos can be problematic. A "White Label" casino is where the software provider will license the casino games to a company - the company is primarily responsible for its marketing. The casino's player support and finances are usually controlled by the software provider or delegated to a third party. Unfortunately, some of the companies are not well vetted and lack the experience to properly run a casino. Player issues can become pear-shaped if there are communication problems between the licensee and licensor.
At Casinomeister we have a policy that disqualifies "white label" casinos in our Accredited Section.
So, they will NOT be accepted for accreditation.
Anyone who plays these white labels knowing this, and their other antics over the years, is mad IMO. Far better places to play.....even for US players.
Still, you know what they say about a fool and their money.
1. The US facing Rival Casinos (Dendera, Sunset, Golden Cherry) are not white lables.
2nd - Does it matter if white label customer support is outsourced? I personally don't care as long as I get support and it's friendly, professional and accurate
3rd - Who cares if processing is done for the group via an umbrella processor? As long as my deposits are accepted and I am paid my winnings, then I am happy.
I have been playing Rivals for about a year now (currently playing Dendera) and they have been really good. New game each month, free chips and bonuses. Customer support on top of their game.
IMO - it seems that Rivals (and other white lables) have a bad rap because of mistakes by 1 or 2 operators and by the US processing grabs. You just saw the same, if not worse, happen with Purple Lounge and Golden Riviera (voiding a 67k win), but I am willing to bet that MGS brands won't be put on a reservation list as a result.
If we want to be fair and accurate as a community, then surely we need to apply the "rules" to everyone?
It totally matters. And outsourcing your support disqualifies a casino from being listed on this site.1. The US facing Rival Casinos (Dendera, Sunset, Golden Cherry) are not white lables.

Mistakes by one or two operators? There were massive mistakes made by many. White label casinos are no more than "super" affiliate accounts. They really have no business acting as if they are a casino - they are super affiliates.IMO - it seems that Rivals (and other white lables) have a bad rap because of mistakes by 1 or 2 operators and by the US processing grabs. True - but they aren't taking any new players from the USA... yetThe Rival version of Slotocash and Desert Night is the only Rivals that's accredited. They should be safe

Are you sure you weren't talking to the live chat of the RTG casino? They do - confirmed via chat just now.
Are you sure you weren't talking to the live chat of the RTG casino?
Only I just checked with the casino manager - and she said the Rival casino is definitely NOT taking USA players... yet!

That's odd!ETA, just opened DN & Sloto's Rivals up through a different browser and went to the "register new account" page - they both allow US as a country option?
That's odd!
Why don't you PM her and ask her yourself?

I see she has viewed this thread (at some point), but may not have seen the last few posts...
