Gold Rock Casino iPoint deposit method makes no sense

Has anyone tried this casino? I love the software, but their methods of depositing funds eliminates my using their casino. They offer a deposit method called iPoint and I can't figure it out, other than it says you can buy additional cell phone minutes from them, having nothing to do with your cell phone carrier. Just how does that put money in my account?
