Had an email ffrom VIP manager giving some free spins as I have not played there a while= when I logged in a chat box popped up saying to contact support next time I deposit for a special offer.

Logged in today and contacted support quoting the above= the helpful chat rep said to hold and she would check. She then came back with my special offer that I just had to share with you all= DOn't think I need to add any further comment

"You can deposit and play with absolutely no wagering requirements"

GW have been slacking of late,even though they lost their accredited status here.

Bonuses are poor in comparison to 32red/other casinos,plus despite me not having withdrawn from their for 6 months I barely heard nothing from them over the past 3 weeks.

Live help would only say "there are no offers right now". I said ok, then there is no money for you right now, lol. Almost all of my money goes to 32 red now that they accept Instadebit. Go Wild's loss, as no matter how much I win, I always end up losing in the long run!

First few deposits I made at GW was awesome,hit 5 bonus symbols (180 quid on 30p spin if I recall correctly,however I was tagged to a bonus playthrough) which felt weird.However recently,as stated earlier,things just seem to have gone quiet over there.

Shame really as I actually like GW,their CS is just as friendly and helpful as 32Red in my eyes,just a shame certain other things aren't.
 
ive always been a fan of GW...played there a lot..lots of looses last few months and no xmas offers except the normal..was a little disapointed tbh
 
Why any one would deposit at this joint is beyond me when they have a lot more decent casinos out there to choose from. Extremely poor bonuses, unknowledgeable staff, poor cash out times. Still each to their own I guess.

I would say you are very wrong there. Its okay to have each and opinion.

But calling a casino for "a joint" is disgusting. And to also say they have poor cash out time and unknowledgeable staff, Is also very harsh.
They normal have very quick cash out. Unlesss you expect all your withdrawals in your hands within 12 hours. (only few places can manage that) , But to criticise staff (chat support i guess you refer) is also not fair, unless you can state that anything they do is wrong.
The example which started this thread is of course really bad, But most in their support chat knows what they do and answers questions correct.

I normal contact live chat, and request them to not give me the 10 or 15% bonus as its useless, and I don't want to have a high wager req. on a low deposit. But instead they give me extra freespins on top as I ask for this. Which is a very nice service.

Gives you that extra, in case loosing the deposit. Always nice to have a slot with freespins in case deposit vanishes. :cool:

What took me over the hill, and chose not to play there any more, was the actions that caused removal from the accredited list here.
Until they get their shot together, and get back on the list, I'm not giving them anything....unfortunately they don't seem very interested in getting back.

I almost daily get spammed from some of their affilliates, and have several times asked them to control these people, with no effect.
So all in all, I agree with BMW .... haha Edit....Audiman that was ...both make neat cars btw

It is fine with opinions. At least we agree on the low bonus which is not worth taking.
But I don't understand, that you said no thanks to freespins. As no matter what, its a free extra chance you get to win later on anyway. :o

Also All the many times I have been on live chat, they have never tried to persuade me into deposting more, or a higher deposit.

I am not defending them, because I always win or get paid to praise them. But just feel they deserve it.

Actually I have been complaining, that I could never win with them :p But did manage a small £100 withdrawal couple months ago, which they paid me very quick.

So despite depositing several £1000's, I am still very happy playing there. And I am sure there are lot more in here who thinks the same. Hope to see some more positive in this thread. :eek:

The confiscation of winnings listed in a thread here blotted their copybook. Before that they were a shade better than most MGs though the bonuses were paltry. Staff were ok though they cannot be compared to 32 RED but I have no complaints over the cashout times which are normally 24-48 hours and processed even on weekends. Currently they are not worthy of accreditation but they should persist with their strengths and at least hope to be placed in the 'Good to go' category.

they would make you deposit 100 instead of 20, and give you 30 more free spins, a 5 cents a piece.
also the freeroll tournaments were the worst ones of all microgaming casinos. always the same people who ended up in the worthy places.

As you pointed out PaaskeDKnowUK, we all are entitled to our own opinion. You, me, everyone. That is MY opinion. And in my opinion is neither disgusting nor innacurate. I believe if you check the forum you will see many complaints against them as of late. Maybe their all wrong too? :p

Oh and In no whatsoever can you compare GW to 32RED. It doesnt even deserve merit of conversation. They even lost their accreditation standards here while 32Red has won casino of the decade. I could list a hundred more reasons comparing like for like but bottom line is 32Red is generous and they know what their doing and yes usually pay within 12-24 hours. GW isnt and certainly doesnt!

I also agree with you that GW makes you feel as if their pressure selling. You cant log into their casino without their live chat service popping up and asking you to deposit so you can get X and X. I dont like this either. Wouldnt be so bad if their offers were even half way decent but their abysmal lol
 
I personally have only good experiences with go wild, however they do this to me literally every time I go on live chat.

They ask me this too.

Brother got 20 free spins on hitman yesterday even though he hasn't deposited for some time-I've deposited a few times over the past month and didnt receive anything!

I really do not know what has happened here, i`m still seething over the response-less software bug that gave me more w/r (Wheel of Wealth) thus causing me to lose £180, then after emailing support to flush a reverse withdrawal I received a reply simply stating that I could reverse a withdrawal myself (sigh), the final straw being a week ago I tried to withdraw only to be met by a withdrawal error in that the options window would not open, I tried re-installing and a thorough cache cleaning including mucho f3 spamming and deleting in the registry, in the end I finally gave up and blew the amount I was going to withdraw.

Relating to the Wheel of Wealth error I was hoping for some good support here ie:- the casino getting in touch with their software provider as this bug cost me £180 through no fault of my own, appears to me as soon as they lost accredited status here flushing withdrawals went with it also (sigh2).
