I just received an email promoting Gnuf Casino and giving me free spins on loaded.
Ok, but before the email I had never heard of Gnuf and yet to claim the free spins all I have to do is log into my account.
I have never opened an account with Gnuf and yet they give me my account number at the bottom of the email!
I have tried the forgot password routine at log in to see what happens but so far have not received an email.
Anyone else experienced this or have a view.

GNUF were at cap euro last year they seem like decent guys. They had their opening their last year I think.

As far as I am concerned they have the worst customer service among all MG casinos and Prima Poker rooms. Try them out. They respond quick but have absolutely no idea on what you are trying to say and that is even after more than a dozen e-mails to and fro.

Apparently I was a member at dream poker and they have merged with them.
They might of mentioned that.
That said they responded quickly and answered my question.

I got the email too, tried to login to my account but forgot my password, tried emailing them, very bizzare response from support and I still don't have my new password :what:

The exact same thing happened to me.
Go to their site and use the forgot password link.
I tried it and nothing happened so I tried a few more times, about an hour later I got a load of emails telling me to follow the link to change my password :p
I can log in ok now:thumbsup:

I've heard good things about them so far but it looks like the jury is still out. FYI - no USA so I can't play to find out.

i got the e-mail also
i think it was dream poker and then gnuf took it over
i played the 10 free spins and won a whopping $2.89
at least u can use ur winnings instead of having to deposit then making some sort of play off requirement
