A bit too much Christmas 'spirit' there...? :p
Same software as Hype & inChilli - Kiwi is Playtech

All the info I have so far is that they are NOT the same owners, and I haven't heard anything bad about them.
KWBlue promotes them & last time I asked (some time ago) he said all was OK.

I took the SUB there a few months back; got off to a FANTASTIC start and took bank over $1000, but wheels fell off & I bust out before meeting WR... :(

Best advice is proceed with caution - if you can manage a cash-out ASAP and all is OK, please let us know!

Yes kakata, i play there several times and also with some cash outs.

I can't say about the owners, but what i can say is:

Support: the Operators don't name their Names and i don't know why

Promotions: many times they offer 100% or 120%,
the T&C's you can see at their website.

Banking: they offer Neteller, Click2Pay, Visa and Mastercard as a deposit method and for all withdrawals Neteller and Check.

I'm not sure if you can also use ACH or JCB, it shows not in the cashier what i can see, you must ask in the Live-Chat.

For every withdrawals they take a Fee from $10 for bank charges and it needs a few days (7-8) to receive your money (Neteller).

At your first cash out you must send in the docs.

You can't see your transactions, although if is stated at their website but you get an email that you've been paid, and also an email that you will credited with cashback, all signatures shows no name, only support.

Equal, if you get your money in a for you acceptable time.

more i don't know at this time and hope that will make your decision easier ;)

Giant Palace was one of Playtech casinos? I am not sure.
I guess it is using this software

now. That's why this casino accepts US players.
This company also provides games for Lasseters.

anyway I could not download the casino.............some kind of error................:eek2:

Giant Palace uses OGS software and Eyecon Pty Ltd is a partner of OGS Ltd.

Casino Inchilli is also powered by OGS now.

Is this software the same as Player Preferred used by Hype Gaming?

That's really interesting information!
I thought inChilli was still Player Preferred - and did not know which brand of software Lasseters are now using.
Will investigate that further later on...
(if I can get out of being dragged round the shops looking for post-Christmas bargains :()

A word of caution to anyone reading this thread who is unaware; Hype & inChilli are ROGUES who owe lots of people lots of money - including me!

Player Preferred is an offshoot of OGS. Some of the same games from Lasseters are online at Giant Palace, but PP has their own exclusive games which (I believe) are developed specifically for them. There are about 7 waiting for release and 2 new recently.

As far as payments/cashouts - everyone I have talked to has had their cashouts paid on time and within typical (by todays standards) timeframes. That is about 3-4 days for wire, not sure about the rest as I have not talked to individuals using Neteller or other.

I do promote them and ONLY because they have paid all players on time for many months now. After the Hype and InChilli debaucle (yes, I lost money at them as player as well), I removed all PP casinos from my sites until Giant Palace established themselves as the only PP casino that is trustworthy enough to play at.

Now- with that said, of course as always when there are past issues - proceed with caution.

Let me know if there is a cashout issue and I will definitely not only do my best to help - but will remove them from all websites pending payment.

Interesting, if you go over the link ogsltd.com and push the partners link Giant-Palace, the Website shows you with more details as you can see, if you scribe directly the Website.

It seems that they are all entangle together

These largely Australian developments seem to be dynamic and can be confusing due to a lack of transparency on ownerships.

I would advise that you search the archives here at Casinomeister for a wealth of background on these operations....and as KK says, there has been a very disturbing historical lack of integrity in issues involving Player Preferred software. There were indications that these operations were underfunded from the get-go, and that left both players and affiliates shafted.

I don't think OGS has any ownership connection to Player Preferred, which sprung into focus early this year as a turnkey provider with Hype, Inchilli and later Giant Palace casinos. PP was run by a guy called David Ohlson (an ex-Lasseters employee who would therefore have had some contact with OGS), with support and payments through Firebrand Interactive, an outfit headed by David Jenkins.

There were strong indications that Inchilli was owned by a questionable industry character Downunder called Tom Dick, but it seemed that Dick ditched the PP branded casino, which Ohlson and Jenkins continued to run....I lost track of what happened to it after that.

Then there was the hassle with Hype Casino, which was owned by another Aussie partnership. This ran into financial trouble and the partners couldn't agree a solution and went their seperate ways, with one promising that the players would not be left unpaid....I don't know whether that promise was kept. There was some talk of litigation, but I can't remember the detail.

Another Australian called Brian Goodman was reputed to be behind Giant Palace through his Giant Vegas or Magic Vegas group. He had previously owned RTG casinos like Kiss, Giant Slots and Giant Vegas until they had a big falling out which led to legal exchanges, the outcome of which was not publicised. I was led to believe that Goodman's PP-powered Giant Palace didn't fly and the deal fell through after only a short time. The last I heard was that Goodman had hooked up with Playtech on Giant Vegas.

BTW Lasseters is now on the Orbis Openbet platform.

The OGS site shows the following as software licensees:

Lasseters Ausvegas Casino

338a Casino

Fortune888 Casino

Giantpalace Casino

Invitationonlycasino Casino

Inchillicasino Casino

Given the sorry-ass historical record of Player Preferred and the men behind it, OGS would be well advised to make clear their relationship with PP in order to stay clean IMO.

Certainly, players need to at the very least heed KWBlue's caution to exercise great care before depositing money with operations that have any connection with Player Preferred - the track record is abysmal to put it mildly.

I did sign up for this casino last year when they first opened. One thing that got me right off the bat was, some of their support contacts on their home page were marked Giant Vegas and not Giant palace. After contacting them to ask why and are they connected to Giant vegas, they denied they were and within a few days the links were changed.

I did still play there a few times "I Like the software" support was alright and they had some nice bonuses. Quit after a few deposits just wasn't sure why they denied being connected to Giant vegas when the support links were on their site. I quess that was what you call an OOp's

Either way haven't been back since.

while I do trust KWblue 200% I want to say..................
I have problem downloading theyr casino, so I e-mailed em.........that was 4 hours ago.............?????????//
Sofar nothing, beside the autometed answer.
This is already, for me , a bad signal.......just imo.

Their support is either really fast or really slow, depending upon the time you catch them at it seems. I have always been disappointed with their support when it comes to offline email support.

Their inside casino support is ok, but then again... you have to have the software installed to get support.

Here is another email addy you can try:

affmgr **AT** giantpalace.com

See if you can get help using that email address.

They owe me as well. Both on the player and affiliate side.
I know and have accepted I will not be paid. :(

Two Casinos on a very short list I have admitted defeat to.

And while we're on the subject of Aussie rogue operations, let's not forget Hippo Jo - anyone been paid by them yet?

Me too. A short list of 2.
In 7 years & over 130 casinos played these are the only 2 who have ever ripped me off.

And while we're on the subject of Aussie rogue operations, let's not forget Hippo Jo - anyone been paid by them yet?
Well our good friend Caruso is still waiting... so I guess not. :(

WARNING !! ****** Same owner as Hype Casino ****** WARNING !!
I there any evidence to support this?
Jetset?

Ditto!! I have them on stats remote and now and then I see some poor soul is depositing there, this is despite all my warnings and removing all links so they still are targeting players. Hippo owes me as well and the last I heard the owners of this casino were or linked in some way or another to the Dick family. We can just kiss all this money goodbye. Olsen has been too quiet as of late wonder when he will climb out from under his rock and pull another scam operation.

Well now I understand...that explains everything !! :lolup::lolup::lolup:

"Good Dragon Profit Ltd" owned Hype gaming, and if you ask the live support at Giant Palace they will tell you that the owner is the same "Good Dragon Profit Ltd".
