Just wanted to announce to you all that we relaunched our website at Genting, it would great to hear back any thoughts and feedback on the new design, feel free to let me know.

The overall design seems fine and current but i can tell you that i instantly don't like the way it loads up the selection of slots you run, whether that be the "complete list" or just the "new titles", having to keep pressing the load more button 5 times in a row to get up a still incomplete selection of your titles is just an annoyance.

I would prefer when i click "complete" list to have everything or at least 100 titles loaded, so i can instantly see whats on offer.

The images used for each slot are very large also at least for me in widescreen, with only 4 slots listed per row, i could quite happily read every title if they were half the size and see more displayed too per row

given the fact you have over 300 titles - i would prefer to see more than 12 per screen at a time

thats my initial thoughts at least.

Used to be quick when I played regularly a couple or so years back (sometimes same day processing or usually the next day)

I would prefer when i click "complete" list to have everything or at least 100 titles loaded, so i can instantly see whats on offer.

I like the new look but I have to agree with this ^. A player wants to see a list of games available straight away: I don't have the patience with the "load more..." sites and if I don't see what I want quickly I will probably give up. Just give me the whole list when I arrive (even if it's at the foot of the page) and save me a whole load of time please

Also, lots of table games and vp but no "Slots" currently visible. Are these offline at the moment Matt?

New to genting casino. Processed a withdrawal request mid Friday afternoon. Still pending Saturday evening. Been told should be Sunday night so defo not the fastest!
