Recently, I've deposited at Gaming Club Casinos (MG) and made a withdrawal of 500. It seems that they should process within 48 hours,
but I have NOT received any email from accounts whether to send my documents. This is the third day.. seems quite long to process.
I hope they pay :x

They take 10 days as standard now.

This is the timescale I have been experiencing. I did query it with CS, and they confirmed that it was now 10 days for "larger withdrawals". However, I have experienced what I consider to be "small withdrawals" also taking 10 days.

A £700 withdrawal early last year was treated as a "large withdrawal", and sat in pending for 10 days before being paid promptly on day 11.

From this, it seems that withdrawals are paid the next working day after they have left pending, so looking at Cashcheck should allow you to track progress. Documentation is often not requested until a withdrawal leaves pending, so this is why you have neither received payment, nor a request for documents.

If you check via Cashcheck, what is the current "day 3" status showing as. If "work in progress", then you will receive it today or tomorrow, and it will be treated as a "small withdrawal", and dealt with within the 48 hours as stated.

I used to be a big player at Jackpot City which is owned by the same company as Gaming Club. I've experienced the same in delays and have found 32 Red to be the gold standard for fast payments (Microgaming). I actually don't play that much at JC due to these delays :)

They do however have some fantastic bonuses

I'm surprised, I usually make withdrawals back to my card at MG casinos and at Gaming Club this takes around 3 days. I think the last one was three or four months ago, around 300$.

Their bonus offers are ok, often 100% up to 50$.

That's probably because that's seen as a small withdrawal, they have different waiting times for different withdrawals :)

I've already received my withdrawal one minute ago at my moneybookers. It seems they take 4 days.
Quite long compared to other MG casinos.

10 days to pay a UK player!!
That's outrageous and yet other reason to give this group a miss. (I dumped them 2 years ago when they increased their WR to a ludicrous Bx50)
