Game Launcher not working

Can anyone help a non-techie with a problem please.I am trying to open my downloaded casinos and keep getting a message 'Game Launcher has stopped working'.The programme then closes automatically.I am using Windows 10 and have not made any changes to the settings on my pc,the issue just seems to have appeared out of nowhere.Any help would be much appreciated.
