This question goes to gamblers...Do you HAVE to get up and run to the coffee shop and play poker as soon as you open those eyes? Just wondering, since I wake up at the crack of dawn every day and study+ play poker and casinos about 8 hours a day for real money does that make me one of the hardest working men in gambling? One of the PROS or one of the FISH! could this be a symptom of addiction...any feedback?

Personally I think this is a symptom of cunning dedication

An addiction generally affects one's ability to manage other aspects of one's life. People with an addiction may be facing financial, family and work problems due to losing money & or taking time off from work to gamble.

People with a gambling addiction express comments that they are pre-occupied with perpetual thoughts of gambling on a daily basis. Whether or not they are in action (gambling) or not.

I think any one has a problem (which could be a gambling addiction) when it takes over your life.

Hiya: It is so easy to pick on Gamblers, but others are always OK. There are lots of people who play the stock market, "And have LOST a lot more than they have Won", But you don't here people telling them to stop.

Look at all the people who bought houses, as an investment, and now are getting killed. Some peole will reasearch things like these for weeks, then invest, then lose money, and then do a lot of the things in the GA list. If they did more than 7, what does that make them??????
