Been playing on this casino for probably almost a year now and never won anything decent. I buy in quite often and lose fairly quickly. I can only play here and 3dice since I am in U.S. and I have to say this place is horrible. I use to play at slotastic and lucky club all the time and would win quite often and had many large wins and cashouts. Never had one decent win at club usa and never enough money to cash out. I asked support if they could give me a free bonus and they said NO, but they could give me a match bonus of 65%.. REALLY??? WOW.. there is an unlimited 65% match bonus,, let me reach in my wallet and give out more of my money.. I have been playing online for about 20 years and never had a casino be so cheap with me. I even get free money in the mail from jackpot capital and slotastic all the time, and I never even play at those casinos anymore because there is no way to buy in. I asked support to close my account and they wouldn't even do that. The fact they make me go through such difficulties just to close my account is ridiculous. If they would have just said.. "Yeah, we can give you a free 20 bucks because you have lost around 2k at our site".. I wouldn't even be upset. The fact I buy in and lose 100 bucks and don't even have enough comp points to claim a free dollar to play with is crazy.

I really miss slotastic and jackpot capital and microgaming.. Damn U.S. and the online gambling crap. I think it might be time to give up playing online until it becomes regulated. I hate feeling like I am having my money stolen from me and never getting anything in return as far as decent comps are concerned. Anyways.. I am done with clubusa! If you play there and win, good for you. I don't win there and will never give them another penny. If they want to be cheap to me, I can be cheap to them and not play there anymore. For what it's worth.. My vent is done! :)

So they suck because they don't want to give you free money?

Have you ever tried playing with out a bonus? You may find it refreshing - you're not tied into any wagering requirements. You win - you cash out.

I'm sure that if you contact those casinos they would try and help you find a way to buy-in.
Afetr all, many Americans on this forum seem to be playing at them without too many difficulties.

Good rant!

Except that it's flaming. Ranting is one thing, but to tell someone they suck is not cool. There are other ways to express your dissatisfaction that are far more tactful and constructive.

Sorry, I didn't mean that I agreed with what he wrote - just that it was a good read.

All casinos suck if you lose. lol

Maybe the thread should be called Gambling SUCKS!!

By the way, Desert Nights is in the same list and they advertise 25% cash back on all deposits. So if you want a guaranteed free chip after you lose, try them. Although if you take the free chip and lose again Desert Nights will SUCK!! :p

Done. Because that's what this is all about. You win some - you lose some. It's gambling. Either accept this fact or find another hobby.

I think bonuses suck anyway. Unless they are really big and you can meet wagering, the only good they are, is for

racking up wagering points. Even the %'s back that are offered by the CWC group have a max cash-out on them. So

what good are they really?

But, I can relate to the opinion writers frustration, BUT NOT his method of complaining.

Gamble on!

I would rather go without bonuses because if I win big then I want to withdraw straight away is the main important part than going from win big then still some playthrough need to be done you lose some. Its really not very convienence for some depends how lucky or unlucky you are. I would for example should only just set to spending $50 or so per fortnight on gambling without bonus and thats it. If I win big maybe once in a while I would want to withdraw straight away before I lose more than the big win. Thats how I have to control myself when I want to gamble for fun. If anyone who has serious gambling problem should stay away from online casino and real life pub/casino where they have slots/pokies machine are, see counselling, get some funding trust to look after your money is better than losing more, go into much more debt and get into trouble. People need to understand there is some commonsense around is important to keep in mind.

Keep in mind everyone. All casino has to make money as a revenue raising for tax and for themselves to keep the business going. Without that. That would be totally ****** up. Same as you run a shop for business, you have to make profit to keep it running and also have to pay tax. Thats how system works. So in playthrough requirement you use bonus you borrow their bonus is their money, not yours, so you must playthrough bonuses in order to gain profit for casino to keep but after you successful playthrough and if you win some, bonus money will become yours. It is like bank you borrow money, you have to pay back all money plus fees. It is a business how it runs. So that makes sense c'nest pas?

Been playing on this casino for probably almost a year now and never won anything decent. I buy in quite often and lose fairly quickly....

I had similar experiences with this group of casinos.... Not bad customer service, their always very polite. But I never ask for a bonus, I just ask a lot of questions.... Really now, if I could take $200 and play thru to $13,000+ I'd fly to Vegas twice a week ... lol ...

Buy in and lose quickly, yes... My experence was always the same... I'd start out with repeated loses and never recover, just going, going, gone.

<<>>I am NOT Casino Bashing ... I view them as a reputable group of accredited on line casinos. I greatly appreciate the efforts they are taking to service US Players!<<>> (I am conveying my understanding for this post)

I am also from the US, I played online when it was "different" for us, I can't give you the why/what/how, but for me personally on line casinos are very different today.

I am a long time gamblier... mostly B&M casinos, Vegas, Atlantic City, Cruise Ships... I know the defination of "gamble" and I'd bet with 20 yrs of playing under his belt pokerdan does too ...

I say to the commenters of "That's Why They Call It Gambling" .. "You Win Some, You Lose Some"... You are exactly right! Therein lies the frustration .. That's my opinion...

It is as possible to win everytime as it is to lose everytime. But not plausible, the laws of averages, percentages, and odds teach us otherwise.

I wouldn't even be upset. The fact I buy in and lose 100 bucks and don't even have enough comp points to claim a free dollar to play with is crazy.....

It is upsetting to feel like you support an establishment but your loyalty is unnoticed .... I'm sure a casino knows (or can figure out) which players are losing an unrealistic amount on normal play with no withdraws. If that player asks, why not give'em $5 free play now and then or offer a bonus with reduced wagering requirments?

For what it's worth.. My vent is done! :)

See there, venting is done... He was just letting off steam... Looky, he's even smiling now ;)
