I just learned to day that EwalletXpress is closing the door to the US market. With all the ewallets closing the doors to the US market, what are our funding options now? I do have a Quicktender account but I can't fund that either because they do take cc anymore, and the wire transfers have hefty fees.

I have never used a prepaid cc before and I see some casinos still take them, but which ones are we able to use? Most of the ones here in the small town where I live are issued by Metabank. Which you can not use anymore either.

Does anyone know which is the best method to deposit now?

LH

As far as i know, quicktender still takes visa cards. I am sure you could find a prepaid visa somewhere to deposit into quicktender if you don't personally have a visa CC. Just a thought.

I am not sure, but I know you can not deposit using your checking account anymore. That option is not listed. Only Bank Wire, Money Orders and Bonus (What ever that is). I spoke with live help this morning asking if it was true that they were pulling out of the US market and they told me yes.

We will see....

I just checked my QT account and with the exception of ACH which I didn't use anyway, all looks just the same.

I use my NS card to fund my account and have not had any problems.

Never have used EWX so it's no loss to me. Have u looked at ECheckUS? I know Rivals use it.

Well, I am VERY unhappy. I thought I had it dicked using Quick Tender, funding it by my bank debit card, but my sneaky bank, changed my Visa debit card to a Master Debit card and no one takes them anymore.
When all this UIEGA crap started, everyone said that the banks would not be able to police the transactions, but from what I am seeing, they are damn sure trying. It is getting worse by the minute and they are cutting off every avenue we open. The thing the gov't doesn't realize, is that every time they come up with a new plan,, the casinos do too. The only problem is, it is becoming so expensive and so difficult and time consuming to keep having to learn new tricks to gamble on line, that they are doing what they want, driving people out. I can go to a landbased casino, but personally, I like gambling at home. Damn. This just makes me sick.

I hope this is not true. They have been very easy to use and work with up to now (lack of immediate manager chat).
----------------------------

Me: I heard that US players will not be able to use EWallet soon. Is this true?

You are now speaking with Nadine of Customer Service.
Nadine: Hello and thank you for using eWalletXpress live chat service.
Nadine: As stated on the website, depositing is down. It's a technical issue on our end and we do not know when it will be restored. It is being fixed and there is no more information that we have so kindly sign into your account for update messages because that is all we know.
Me: But you are not closing down service permanently to US customers, right?
Me: ?
Nadine: As stated, that is all the information we have.
Me: That's not reassuring
Me: Can I talk to a supervisor or manager?
Nadine: Sure, they are available during business hours which resume tomorrow at 9am EST.
Me: Ok, I'll check back then. Thanks.

This was my chat this morning with EwalletXpress:

Lori: I was told that ewalletxpress is pulling out of the US market, it that true?

You are now speaking with John-Henry of Customer Service.
Lori: Hi John-Henery, I was just wondering if the above statememt is ture or not
John-Henry: My statement is true, yes.
John-Henry: Is there anything else I can help you with?
Lori: Oh I am sorry to hear that, Will I be able to withdraw all the funds in my account though?
John-Henry: Yes
Lori: Okay thank you for your time, I appreciate it
John-Henry: You are welcome. Have a good day.
John-Henry: The chat session is now ending. If you need further assistance you can contact customer support by phone at 1-888-989-0071 or by email at support@ewalletXpress.com. Thank you for choosing EwalletXpress and enjoy the rest of your day.

I really hope they don't close the doors to the US market, because your right they have been so easy to use up until now.

Wonder why "Nadine" couldn't give me more than just a shortcut key answer.

Thanks for posting your chat. I'm going to ask for a manager tomorrow and see what they say. If it is really true, it would be nice to have the cutoff date and pull the money out before then.

I would think (hope) they would send out an e-mail to their US customers letting them know. I guess it is just a waiting game now.

It reminds me of the NeTeller debachle. I'd think pulling money out of your Ewalletxpress account may be the safe road to go. If it is a glitch in their system you can always redeposit it.

I checked my QT account this morning and it was still showing ACH as a deposit option. I didn't click on it though to make sure it worked...

This sucks there goes my short lived online casino hobby.

Thank God Pokerstars still has echeck option for me, but I've heard rumors they are removing that too from other players. Depends on the State you live in.

It appears you can not fund your casino accounts now using ewalletxpress. I just tried and at CWC it says the merchant account is disabled, and at 3 dice it says technical difficulties.

LH

Quick Tender still accepts VISA cc, mine worked earlier today. ACH works for withdrawals.

But I agree its getting tougher. However, on the bright side CWC accepts Visa AND American Express and so does Slots Oasis. Slots Oasis just added AMEX as an option.

Merchant account is disabled at Vegas Regal. Probably all Rivals as well.

EWalletExpress is not accepting transfers (withdrawals) at this time.
