Loved the expression when J. Todd had the microphone taken away from him in the interview I thought he was going to square up to Mike for taking his toy away from him.

Google have recently changed the algorithm in their search to a version called “hummingbird” it’s more of a semantic technology than the old index one.

People now tend to type in questions in a search as opposed to keywords, another search engine called wolfram alpha does a very good job of nailing down what you want.

They are starting to restrict the keyword success based options that webmasters use from the Google analytics for free for the most part, in other words unless you pay a large fee you won’t be privy to the keywords that drive traffic to your website.

The video suggests the older style where keywords are king and not content, the old way a search engine worked. This is great for the big players but a new affiliate with good content that may be of use to the potential customer would get lost in the page ranking.

Opening and emerging markets sound great with new opportunities, didn’t hear anything about privacy with the search engine or mention of any regulations for people that may use sites based in the location or people from that location venturing out.

....and yes I am a trustful soul. :lolsign:
