Free chip expectations

I have never won on a free chip before today. I opened an account a Desert Nights Rival site and played the $10 free chip. They allow you to cash out a max of $100. For US there is a $45 fee for wire transfers under $350. I met the play through and built it to $145. They did not require me to deposit because I am verified at Slots Capital so that was nice. I was a little surprised when they said they would take the $45 fee from the $100 and not from the remaining balance. I did not ask that question prior to playing but I believe that one of their sister sites told me that it would come from the remaining balance when I played there.
So after their fee and my bank takes their $25 fee I still get $30 just for having fun, so I guess you can't complain about that.
Is this normal or should I question the fee? It's really not that big a deal, I'm still happy to have actually won something for a change, but I also want to be dealt with fairly.
thanks

Fees, fees, fees!!

The whole system is a sick joke for us here.

You probably should have reversed that and tried to resubmit it for $145. I have done that before and had it work properly.

IMO, no, you are not being treated fairly but you are being treated same as any other US players are currently.

Still, getting any cash out from a free chip is always nice for sure.

I agree with BigJohn - it doesn't seem fair at all. But you need to blame your Government for that - not the casino. :(

I have won the maximum and cashed out on several free chips at Rival casinos and always got the full amount (to Neteller).
It sucks being an online gambler in the USA... Land of the Free? ... ... :eek2:

Just be glad your bank doesn't charge $45 for an international wire like mine does.... LOL

And for me, the casino fee has always come from the cashable amount (of course that's at RTGs as I can't get my card to work at any of the Sloto group). Kind of takes the fun out of the WR saying that $100 is WITHDRAWABLE.

Needless to say, I ignore/delete more free chip offers than I play as they are more hassle, expense, and disappointment than they are worth.

Having said all that, if you need clarification on their terms for withdrawal there's a casino rep here on the forum. Send her a private message and she'll get back to you fairly promptly.

As Long as I'm being treated equally to other US players then that is fair to me.

Eventually the government will come around. They are losing too much money not to. it's just a matter of the right people in Washington getting their payola.

Some of the accredited casinos can pay your winnings back to your credit card and usualy for only $9 and no fee your end either, you would have to have made a deposit at some time though.

For me though i leave Free Chips alone as i don't like the thought of winning big and being hit with the max cashout limit, the only exception to this is 3Dice of course, their Free Chips have no max cashout but you need to be a depositor to get them.
