ATTN: Casino Rep Frankfred not paying winnings?

Hello folks!
I did request a withdrawal at frankfred casino the 23 okt.
The status changed from pending to approving after some hours.
Frankfred have had fast cashout times but this time nothing happend

So i decide to ask live chat, first time they say its sent, next day i ask, its not sent… So every time i ask, i got a different answer.

So my question is, does frankfred have some difficults with withdrawal or are they just stalling ?
