Hi I am from the UK and last week signed up to a new Casino which accepts UK players, Fortune Clock. As I registered on gamstop last year and this site isn't listed on gamstop .

I registered there because they had Evolution gaming on their site . However now I have noticed that the evolution gaming is now completely gone from their site including the evolution gaming logo which was listed at the bottom.

I did find it strange that an online non UK casino had evolution gaming on it as most do not. And UK players could play there

I was wondering if the money I lost through this site can be claimed back if Evolution gaming was meant to be restricted for UK players like myself? I emailed Evolution gaming but got no reply. And the reply I got from Fortune Clock is "according to our license we cannot allow access to some of game providers in UK. Those restrictions come from the game provider, not from us."

I know its my fault aswell. I shouldn't have signed up to this casino . When I put a withdrawal request in, they were taking a long time to verify my identity and I stupidly decided to keep playing until I lost. Thanks to anyone who replies, know this is an unusual enquiry

The make up leading to the scenario may be unique but the ulterior motive isn’t. You would have known from the minute you tried to access the games that they were not available so you could have requested that your deposits be returned on that basis.

Instead, you chose to play anyway and won. Then got impatient and lost it and now clutching at straws wonder if your deposits should be returned. More chance of me playing football for England.

Sorry if that sounds harsh but I am a realist.

It's not your fault as well, it's your fault entirely.

You deliberately bypassed Gamstop to play at a crap hole Casino and are now crying foul to try and get a free pass.

You need to take further measures to deal with your addiction.

We don't do tea and biscuits here. More so for freeloaders:axeman:.

That's what Mumsnet is for.
Mumsnet is more toxic and evil than a conference with chipmonkz and the kkk, combined with a ouija brought back to life hitler and starlin...

Pack of man hating hyenas on there.

hope your good gaz, beautiful weather mate.

Hi OP. I have been in a similar situation so will try my best to give you advice. I too am gamstop and went onto rogue s**te sites. Its gonna be blunt but incredibly truthful.

Chance of getting money back: 0% - This site is not operating legitimately as your from the UK and they are not licensed in the UK. The games are likely rigged/not legit.

Can anyone help? - The answer is no. Challenging this kind of site aswell is not advised as they seem to operate on the shady side of the line.

Best course of action? - Don't search for sites that you shouldn't. Gamstop is great it blocks you from legitimate casinos. Taking a click onto the dark side of gambling the sites are made quick and unlicensed in some respects (Even fake licensed with logos but not legitimately licensed). Its unlikely they will ever be able to block them all even if they tried!

You need to understand you may have a problem, you stepped away from gambling for one reason or another. The fact your circumnavigating the system to protect you will open you up to something which is the equivalent to opening your window and throwing money out of it. Its not going to be in your favour and they prey on the likes of you and me who have a problem, only they win unless you change your actions!

Best of luck...seek help if you need to, their are great counselling services out their to help with gambling addictions.
