I'm not a webmaster (mistress ) so I'm not allowed to post in that section.

But anyhoo I just stumbled across this site

that I thought would be useful for you guys - especially if you're doing reviews or casino type blogging. You just put in your site url and it surfs around looking for plagiarism! I don't know if you guys already know about it but I thought it was kinda cool (if it works.)

If anyone tries it, tell me if it worked or not.

If you ever read any of our articles or reviews on my site you will see a "Copyscape" tag directly below each one of them and we also have one at the very bottom of every page on the site as well.

Copyscape works fairly well in my experience but I have also noticed that it misses a couple every so often too.

Good info to post though Cindy...

lol, and here I thought I'd found something new! :D (I'm SO outta touch...)

I use it all the time and have found and dealt with numerous sites that plagiarize over the years.

But a lot of the newer affiliates are not aware of it and your post is a good one, it needs to be mentioned periodically.

Some webmasters (I never do this) outsource writing to unknown entities they find offering services online, and some of these are dishonest and submit copied content as their own. The clueless webmaster then posts it and ends up having someone like me go after them.

That sort of thing could easiliy be avoided if webmasters made good use of Copyscape.
