Official FOOTBALL - Premier League, SPL & UK Nations 2024/25

Has anyone got a decent link to the Wolves Vs West Ham stream please

None of my usual ones (Hesgoalone) are working tonight :(

Cheers

Edit: and now it's given me a fucking VIRUS I can't get rid of
I'll send you some jonno lad. Check your dms, can't promise there won't be some nudes in there though mate.

Growing up I never liked Arsenal as they were one of lfc's rivals, but will definitely be cheering them on.

They look better than lfc at the moment, those Rice free kicks were Beckhamesque, and I don't remember him ever scoring 2 in a match like that. Also their corner routines are very dangerous. Great goal from merino as well, struck that like a top class striker.

Rice is in great form but I can see why they need a striker like Isak.
I stumbled upon these two who are really funny here.

OK is anyone not a fan of the way Wrexham is going up?
Sorta supported them as a third team (Man Utd/Celtic/Wrexham) since the "story" started.

No way they get promoted to the Prem in a year, give it 5 though and who knows.

They'll definitely stay up but would be interesting to see how high they can get up the table with some good signings, even more money and maybe even a new fancy manager.

Tonight I will mostly be supporting Wolves. I think that many teams around us will drop points in the last few games and Newcastle will end up top 3 or 4

Think we'll score but a draw at best tonight, started well but started to feel the pressure towards end of 1st half.

Think you'll end the season well mate.

There is so little between about 80% of the premier that it often boils down to a few individuals in a game that makes a difference or the managers tactics.
I mean look at Joe Kinnear's tactical nouce at Newcastle

One of the most incredible Euro club matches ever being played out tonight, after 3-3 in Barcelona, it's Inter Milan 4-3 in ET (7-6 agg). This was after being 2-0 up at HT, then 3-2 down to Barcelona going into added time. The saves and play have been unbelievable, Jan Sommer, well.....

Gonna end up with Inter - Arsenal instead of Barca - PSG.

Joy.

Yesterday I was mostly watching Man City waste endless chances to score and today I feel that I am being urged towards a few glasses of wine after the toon win and the Liverpool game later :P
Man city are done, I dont see them being a big threat next year at all, Newcastle are a really good team and I think champions league is a guarantee at this point.

I just hope Liverpool humble those arsenal cry babies later on.

Stay humble you bottle job babies!

I am so pleased about how Newcastle have managed to claw our way up into a CL contention place given the huge restrictions we have faced the last few seasons in comparrison to the likes of Chelski and Man City's spending in previous years. And you need to be in CL positions in order to attract those top players.
Depending on how well Tuchel gets on with England I can see Howe taking us all of the way to winning titles in the near future.
I think that the the only reason Man City have not been heavily sanctioned for their spending is due to their very expensive lawyers.
And ManUre have proven that spending big to attract top players does not always produce a top team.

I am hoping for a Liverpool win with Salah to score and over 5 corners in this game for my bet builder to come in :P

Fair play to Arsenal on their win today. It shows Newscastle that they need to invest more because we start off most games with vigore then if we are not winning within the first 20 minutes of the first or second half we struggle.
And Arsenal are rightful winners of second place.
But should Man City be docked points for their FFP issues? Will they?

North London football rivalries are the strangest thing, I've observed, more so lately. Unlike other regional feuds, Spurs' and Arsenal's is such that their enmity transcends all others'!

e.g Spurs would rather get relegated than watching Arsenal win the league, or likewise Arsenal would rather get docked 30 points than Spurs naturally finishing higher than them etc.

Strange breed of hate, but somewhat admirable in a feral sort of way! 👌

Only because they know they can do dodgy deals down the market to get those things back!

Tonight, for a change I am mostly rooting for Spurs.

Been sick since birth with the media thinking that there is only one team called United.

Hoh boy, it will be a toss-up between which set of fans are the most insufferable and which team least deserving, but I sensed Angeball might outsmart Amorim's 'Let's pick some names out of a hat' method.

And even better, Postemustgo's myth and legend will be cemented further as he really does guarantee a trophy in his second season!

Expect him to flip the bird at journalists and storm out, before proceeding to headbutt Levy as a parting gift

The game was "interesting" rather than being the second tear of the best in Europe.
How embarrassing to finish so low in your league and win the trophy and qualify for Europe next year
But for me it sums up just how our Premier League is so strong and made up of such fine margins the the bottom can outwhit the top.
And how hard it is for those promoted it must be to stay up.
Spurs will probably do well in the Champions league next year.

Now bring on Sunderland getting promoted and the derby's. Guarranteed 6 points for the toon :)

Awful game for the neutral football supporter.

I will not have a bad word said about ManUre until the start of next season. What a club :P
The spawn of all the results going their way after losing to Neverton.

I am not keen on Everton but I am so pleased to have put Villa's nose out of joint thanks to goals scored.

Newcastle limped over the line and the players seems totally exhausted. Izak has not looked fully fit to me for months.
We will need to bring some top quality players in if we are going to manage CL and do well in the prem next season. We owe the likes of Schar and Burn a contract but maybe as bit part players.
I think that this years prem has been the strongest ever with so little between the top down to 15th.

Edit.
Looking at the bbcs website they have all prem teams qualifying for the CL

Key

  • Position 1 - 17 : UEFA Champions League
  • Position 6 - 12 : UEFA Europa League
  • Position 7 : UEFA Conference League Play-offs
  • Position 18 - 20 : Relegation

Yeah, I saw that, was supposed to be 1-5 PLUS 17 (Spurs) and pos.6 PLUS 12 (Palace) for Europa League.
