Hi to all I am not a new member but I guess I have been stuck on stupid! Could not figure out how to post! I have been online gambler for years. I am Happy but a bit scared about a BIG win! I have played Silver Oaks ( and many others) for years have had many winnings and no problem with getting paid. I hit a jackpot for $ 37,000!! Now I am worried if I will get paid. Any thoughts?? That's a difficult question to answer without knowing the details. What casino and were you playing on a bonus would be a good starting point I guess.

There s a warning for Silver Oak casino

Warning: Players are advised to use an extreme caution upon deciding to play here. Silver Oak and sister casinos are known for extremely slow payments and poor customer support. They tend to pay the players, however payments are usually issued after a month+ , which is unacceptable business practice.

I presume your big win was at Silver Oak? (You didn't actually say it was there)
I think you will get paid... if you can resist their tempters to try to get you to reverse and lose some/all back. How long it will take is a different question...
How long did they take to pay your previous withdrawals?
I believe their standard policy is 3-4 weeks...

All I can say is best of luck, mainly in resisting playing it all back trough whilst waiting for the reverse pending time to elapse.

I don't know a great deal about Silver Oaks, but it is pleasing to see that KasinoKing has confidence you will get your money.

Spend some time looking around and you'll get the hang of it. You might start with general settings here Link Outdated / Removed
then the rest of your settings are just to the left.

Silver Oak is a very slow pay. 2 weeks to approve and 2 weeks to pay so your looking at a month. Then they only pay $2500 per week so it's going to take a while to get it all. I do believe they will pay you as long as you did not break any bonus rules. It will just take a while

Do not reverse and keep playing. If you continue to play, it may hold up them processing your payments and if your on a bonus it gives you a chance to break a rule by mistake.

Hopefully you'll get your first payment in time for a nice summer vacation.

Update on my win at Silver Oak

Even though I have played online for years. I have learned a valuable lesson. Check on the casino and read the terms! Hoping for my first check this week. The staff at Silver Oak have been very helpful. They reply prompt via e-mail and phone. They go over the terms with you. I choice to play however I DID NOT read terms on payment. My fault. No money in hand yet but did want to pass on I feel very good about how they have treated me. I will keep you updated!
