In addition to all of those affiliate banners, there's also a link to their 'charity' The UK Breast Cancer Foundation.

The reply back from them?

'The names Nick Hubbard and onlinegaming4charity.com are not familiar to us nor do we have a record of ever receiving any donation from either of these sources.'

You're a bad boy Mr. Hubbard, therefore it's time you got spanked.

Your ISP and website providers have already been notified by phone and/or email and have confirmed that you have violated their TOS and your accounts will be closed, and your spam has been forwarded to SpamCop so those privileges will also be lost.

In addition, this thread here will be forwarded to every single affiliate manager.

To the casino/affiliate managers reading this thread:

As this criminal claimed to be donating 50% of his commissions to charity although he was actually putting 100% into his pocket, I request that all commissions earned be confiscated and LEGITIMATELY forwarded to charity.

He's probably set up with "cut & run" in mind. This is actually a VERY SERIOUS offence, and he would be advised to keep out of the UK for now. A spell in JAIL would be likely if caught, because of how LOW this particular fraud stooped. Unfortunately, any money that has already been paid over has probably long gone, and unless the program managers act fast, he will get the money for March too, there being only 3 working days left.

There are GENUINE cashback sites like this, who include casinos and poker as a SMALL PART of the selection of merchants they have partnered with, and a player could join one of these, and donate the cashback himself to charity.

In general, another reason this looks dodgy is that it is effectively an affiliate offering up to 80% rakeback to players joining through the site. Given the extreme hostility shown towards rakeback sites in poker by operators, and the fact that there are many poker sites in this spam, this MUST be a con; although many inexperianced players will not know enough about the industry to know this. The first they will know is when the payments never arrive as promised where they have selected to receive it, rather than have it donated. They will also have given their bank details to this con artist in order to be able to receive the payments.

I've now contacted every site involved.

Too bad I had to do it individually as the only two that have reps are Mansion and William Hill, but they haven't been active since last year.

I did reach a manager at Victor Chandler via LiveChat who was appalled and assured me that this will be dealt with, although I have yet to hear back from anyone else.

Maybe they WILL manage to react in time, if the info in the spam is enough to track the affiliate. He is probably expecting to at least get his March payments before doing a runner, so let's hope he can have a bad Easter.

Payments often go out in the first few days of the following month, so there is still a chance to place a freeze on them pending investigation, it is NOT necessary to complete the investigation first, and let the March payments be diverted from their advertised destination. Who knows, other players might think of contacting the charity to see whether the money has been flowing, and they will get the same reply.
The programs should also know where this person LIVES and banks; this would be helpful to the police, as this is a criminal matter, or at least the charity concerned, who have been misused in this con, and might seek damages themselves if this prat can be got at without too much cost.
