I was visiting Lasseters website and came across their "Wicked Weekends" promotion:

*Deposit US$500 + to receive – 100% Match offer up to US$100

WTF ? the maximum bonus amount is lower than the minimum deposit required to receive it:eek:. That's actually a 20% bonus up to $100 (or just a fixed $100 bonus for a $500+ deposit). I find it lame that this accredited and government licensed casino uses the misleading 100% qualification :(

Double offer.

It's a rather complicated offer. Players are sent a weekend offer based on their deposits over the previous 7 days. The wording is meant to tell you that by depositing $500 or more during the week, you will receive an offer of a 100% match on a further $100 deposit over the weekend. This is actually $600 deposit for $100 bonus, however, deposits during the week still count even if another bonus was taken, such as the 50% ones during the week.

Perhaps they could alter the wording to make the two stage nature clearer. It seems it is being confused as an offer of $100 on $500, which is indeed 20% and not 100%.

They should definitely change the wording... I can see how it might be confusing to players. Simple fix, then they would not get slammed on the boards..

Hi All,

I believe the confusion has been sorted out already, but please allow me to officially clarify the scenario.

For quite some time, we have rewarded our players with Match and Play offers on the weekend, based on their regular depositing throughout the week. We find that this allows us to better reward our regular players.

We are certainly aware of the importance of explaining the terms of our promotions clearly and I believe that the details of our Wicked Weekends promotion, as explained on our Promotions page are as clear as they could possibly be. We even include a specific example, just in case there is any uncertainty.

I am sorry if anyone has misunderstood the details of the promotion, but I don't believe we have been ambiguous with respect to it's terms.

Rest assured, we will continue to offer clear and concise explanations of our promotions, to avoid confusion wherever possible.

Kind Regards,
