Just giving the heads up anyone thinking of playing at extraspel,, Made a small withdraw on Tuesday Morning a few 100 quid. Had sent documents in even though not requested. Was told it would be processed back to skrill within 48 hours. OKay not fast but not bad. 48 hours came and went then got an email say it is now "in processing" and would be in the account within another 24 hours. That was some 32 hours ago. Spoke to live support (again) who told me dont worry it will be in your "bank" soon. Had to correct the chap saying its not going to my bank, its going to skrill. I got no doubts I will get paid so am not concerned but .... 4 days - and still waiting for a withdraw to skrill ? No thanks this is crap. And it was reversible almost all of that time. Request to flush was denied.

But no problem I vote with my wallet ... account to be closed soon as im paid. No excuse these days for pending times where the money is reveresable .... it should be banned! And no real excuse why it takes so long. Yet another crap casino who seems to be hoping against hope they get as many withdraws reversed as possible. Very bad practice.

Will be updating this in the minions data ...

last night won twice as much at video slots, payout done within 15 minutes and thats 4am in the morning! Now that is how to run a Casino ...
Rant over - Happy Easter

Odd. I played there and was paid with no KYC IIRC on the Tuesday after a Sunday evening w/d. Don't forget people that many of these sites are paying you from Malta who have quite a heavy load of Bank Holidays compared to the UK which has caught me out before when expecting something. But 4 days is shite. It's not usual and I hope they aren't doing a 3***d and taking the piss over Easter to extend reversal time. If this the case they'll be booted. End of.:(

Well I withdraw 3am Tuesday morning no holiday then in Malta .... was told its literally on its way now to my skrill (that was 2 hours ago ) what ever way we look at it ... its 4 days and still no dosh.

I remember doing a withdraw last New years day at VS ... took them about 20 mins to pay me. Casinos cant close doors on holidays its a 24/7 operation. Anyway not holding my breath for payment today ...

thing is the email telling me it was now being processed gave assurance it would be paid with 24 hours ... that clearly has not worked. ..Support was cordial enough but got the feeling I was given a stock answer.

update : Was promised the withdraw was winging its way to my account as we spoke (when onto CS) that was some 7 or so hours ago. And now into day 5. Going to be interesting how long they actually take to pay whats mine. Can not stand when CS serve me bullshit. I have seen this before at other casinos, where they do slow stalling, which then can turn from slow pay to no pay. Thank god its not a major withdraw amount.

Same UKGC licence number as Primeslots, Karamba, Viking Slots and Hopa casinos.

I used to play Primeslots and Karamba - even though their pending period was 48 hours, they did pay. However, I am not keen on that length of pending period, so as you mentioned, vote with wallet and go elsewhere!

I think this is to do with Easter rather than anything sinister. They go big on it in Malta unlike us. All the staff probably started it early. As Richy said you should have been (like me ) paid within 48 hours. You will get it, they definitely aren't 'no-payers'.
