ok please every one dont start having a go at me for writing about an accreditted casino.
I joined 10bet then after few days received an email saying i will get 200% slots bonus so i deposited 30 quid got 60 bonus. so my wagering requirements would count up to 3200 as it was 40x WR.
Now after going down to i think 15-20 pounds i got a lucky on immortal romance and won around 587 on a 1.5bet. so i kept playing then i emailed their support when i thought i had done around 2500 wagering just to see how much exact wagering i got left.
I got the email next morning saying that i had around 2750 wagering to left i was a bit shocked but thought maybe because i was only betting a max of 2.10p i didnt wager as much as i thought.
Then after that on da day i counted the number of spins on all 3 slots i played and then multiplied it by the total bet and i had wagered around more than 2350 so i get on live help to check the requirements left and 300 left from 800(Which shows even if i had not won a single penny on my spins my wagering should have gone down atleast 500) i had won I was gob smacked by the response i had 2500 WR Left. I asked her thats not possible as i counted the number of spins against my bet size she goes its because you played MG slots they only count 50% towards the WR(I already knew that) but the rollover requirements they were giving me just didnt add up. The only thing i can think of is that they were only considering lost bets as wagering.
Even if they counted 50% towards the wagering they didnt agree to showing me my game history. Now i didnt know players didnt have access to game history at their casino so just a person telling me something isnt enough for me to believe.
As i though even with MG Counting 50% towards wagering i had done around 2500 but when they wouldnt gimmi a straight answer about my game history i didnt feel like playing their ever again.
I Knew that MG Counted 50% but that wasnt shown clearly in the email because when you get a bonus to play slots they should count 100% otherwise the total rollover is 80x not 40x which should have been stated clearly instead of being in T&C's.
I dont play vegas red and its associated casinos because they did the same thing regarding WR as when i asked in live help after depositing i was told WR is 20x for the bonus i got but after i tried to withdraw i was told that i have to wager 50x as stated in their general terms that residents of the UK can asked asked to do so.
I guess i have been spoilt by omni casino and jackpot 247 so i am going to stick to them. You might have a different experience with them so i would love to see all yours reply. I'm not moaning simply trying to make all of you aware that if you get a bonus from them and your are an MG Fan then your wagering would be double then whats required.
