Experiences with paradise8

I can't speak for anyone else but me, but I have had nothing but great experiences with Paradise8 and all the other Rival casinos, except Superior, I don't play there. They pay, they pay quickly and with no hassles. When I make a withdrawal, I always ask support if they will flush my account so I can't reverse. Usually after this it is in my QT account within 24 hours, more like 5 hours actually. The bonuses are straight forward and so are the T & C's. I actually cashed out $900 on a $10 free chip from Mayan Fortune, no problem.

Like I said, this is my experience with them.

i must agree about rival casinos as being very good and they seem to be honest and quick with the pay outs i also like how they give out bonus every month on your casino b-day, by the way i have played superior and cashed out from a free chip from there as well so they are my main rival casino now
 
Thanks for the post. How long ago did you receive payment from Superior? I've been waiting on a $2K withdrawal since 12/9/07. Support will only tell me "the delay is due to US banking and other issues".

It's probably the 'other issues' as in your chosen payment method (as long as your account is clean) this is the first I've heard of a problem:confused:
 
Sorry for the confusion. I was talking specifically about Paradise8.

So... bonus problem at Superior? afaik the banking is the same casino to casino. Have you played (cashed out) at P8 since the Superior problem?
 
My personal experience: DaVinci's and Paradise8 are good casinos. Good CS, speedy withdrawal to ewallet, decent promos w/clear T&C, etc. New players, first time cash out may take a bit longer, but get that first one under your belt and you're good to go. :thumbsup:
 
I made 2 cashins by ACH at Davincis on Dec 29 and Dec 31 . Security docs accepted and approved on Jan 2 and it still shows processing in history and no monies recieved as of yet . I am not real happy with the time it takes so far.

My 2nd withdrawal (ACH) at Superior Casino was made 12/9/07 (YES, the 9th) and still shows as pending in history and I can still get a 40% bonus to reverse it on the promo page. My first withdrawal (quicktender) from Superior was quick and painless (even no documentation from me!). Maybe I'm on the government's terrorist list or something :p

no problem and i know that i sometimes translate not correct in your language for you to understand, but sometimes it's also difficult for me to understand what some of you exactly mean. ;)
 
This is from my experience, for those of you who have ACH's pending, if at all possible reverse and withdraw through Quicktender. All Rivals payout through QT very fast but ACH is terrible. I had one pending two weeks before I got wise and reversed it and sent it through Quicktender. Rivals pay and pay quick but not through ACH.
 
I've played with the $10 free no deposit bonus and could play it through :)

i can now cash out the maximum (10x), so it's $100

i was even up to $170.

started with 20 cent bets, got twice time the free spins and then played with 40 cent bets and got also two times the free spins and then i played with 60 cent bets and so on up to $1 bets :)

i had really very much luck, but now i have no money on my moneybookers account, so i must wait to make a deposit with them, otherwise i can't get the money :(
 
Ok, i've made my first deposit yesterday ($30) and could even play it up to $180 and i withdraw it with directly flushing my money, so i had now 2 withdrawals which were directly flushed by live chat, but nobody told me, that they need documents for this little withdrawal, so now the time wasting began!

i got now an email, that they want some documents from me, which i didn't have and i told them, that i'll only send them my passport and this should normally be enough!

i play in another casinos, which never asked me about any documents and (as an example) on bodog i have withdrawn thousands of dollars and they never asked me about anything else like this!

so why would they now waste my time to get this small amount to my moneybookers account back?

sorry, but i don't understand this, because i've made also a deposit with this moneybookers account so there should not be any problem to withdraw my wins back to it!?

now i must buy extra a printer and scanner for printing and scanning some documents, which they need, so my win must be used to buy this thing!

That's just the way they work. They ask for Driver's License or Passport, copy of front and back of credit card, if used for deposit, and a utility bill with your address on it. Always have. I keep all my info. scanned into my computer so I can just send when requested. After you have played there a while, they won't ask you to validate information.

I don't know if you can get around this. At least they are not like Club World, who locks your account after the first deposit if you don't send it in.

sorry, but i never need such things, so i certainly have not a camera ;)

it costs also money, to buy extra a camera to get my withdrawal, so why should i buy things, which i never use in my life only for one little withdrawal?

and a camera is also not sinful, because i must also fill out a faxbackform, which i got in the email.

because the bills should not be older as 1-2 month/s, so it have no sin, because i pay my bills all every month online and there is no paper bill, which i can print or scan, so i really don't know what i should do now? :(
 
I would just attach a copy of your online utility bill. All they are looking at is the address on it is the same as on your other ID forms.

It is a pain in the a** but after a while you won't have to send in anything anymore. I once sent back in the faxback form where you have to initial all deposits without initialling one. They had to send it back and I had to redo it and then send it back to them. What a job!!

I have found it's better just to send in what they want than try to fight with them about it. :D

The problem is also, that there is no online bill, because the montly money for my internet and electricity bill will be taken away from my providers and they only send me once a year a totally bill to my address, but now we have june and they want a bill, which is not older than 1-2 months :(

the only thing i got every month in paper is only my "pay slip" but i don't know, either they accept this also?

i've also bought a mobilephone one month ago, but i don't think, that they will accept such a bill :confused:

Now i must wait for their answer, because i've told them, that i don't like this time wasting and that i've changed now my mind, because i've told them at the begining, that they are now my favourite casino and now i will surely not play there for the near future!
 
Just for update:

I've got today an email, that i can also send them only a screenshot from my onlinebanking or anything else, so i've sent them a screenshot from my last insurance bill and i got now only 3 hours after that an 2nd email, on which there is written, that my security documents now are accepted, so there is no need to buy directly a new printer/scanner, although maybe i should do this in the near future, because some RTG casinos need even a hand-signed faxbackform ;)
