21 Casino wouldn’t provide BTG with screen grabs of the bet/transaction history when BTG requested them.
Having to do it myself.

BTG has asked me to contact the casino to try and get them to provide BTG what they need and pass on that BTG wants this info “urgently”

Is that the same giveaway where once the comp finished on here the Rep could not even be arsed to announce the winner.

Seems to have contacted the winner privately. But common courtesy I would have thought would be to at least to make an announcement in forum saying who the winner was and maybe even thanking those that took part.

My issue might be why they didn’t announce the winner here (in case they have to change the winner later) whereas on their website they announced it for continuity in their blog which they can easily edit down the road.

The overall pause in the promo is probably just a pause over Christmas/new year.

Thinks it’s not quite so simple as BTG won’t know what account is playing their slots, that it was real money etc, all that data is casino side. They need the round number which will be some long number identifying the round exactly. The times are a bit off as the screenshots are after the bonus round finished which can be several minutes after the spin was initiated.

Whatever the case, it shouldn't be as difficult as it is.

Casino and game developers quite happily chat to each other when they want to query a 10k win.

Then when they have a 10k win to pay out, they don't want to talk?

At the end of the day, you won a competition set by BTG. Now you have to jump through hoops to get it verified.

Doesn't each throwaway session whenever a slot is booted up have its own unique I.D?

So it's baffling how protracted it appears to be to find a simple moment in that session's proceedings, seeing that the casinos log everything for when they want to void payments on a technicality....

I don't expect it to be quite as robust as Blockchain but why the delay? So apart from using Casinomeister as just another platform to shill their guff, the onus should be on BTG to honour the winner, based on their own funky rules. Maybe they're hoping people will forget the longer it drags on?

Yes. Dirty stack was announced on the BTG website but they are struggling to verify the 21casino win as the casino is refusing to verify due to GDPR.
Dirty stacks has requested his own play log (under guidance from BTG) but the casino have an automated reply saying ‘it can take up to 28 day’
