I noticed this casino tonight won a little bit, have a small withdrawal, I'm wondering has anybody else played at this casino and what has been your experience? Thoughts?

Edit: Yikes it always happens the one time you forget to read the T&Cs:

6. Deposit Bonus: The bonus and deposit must be wagered 40 times before any part of the deposit, bonus balance or connected winnings can be cashed out or transferred. Furthermore, players will only be able to make a one-time withdrawal for a maximum amount of 10x the original deposit when the winnings result from playing a match bonus. Surplus winning credits will then be forfeited.

11. In order to have a fair environment there is a maximum allowed stake per bet until the wagering requirement has been fulfilled. The maximum stake is equal to 10% of the bonus amount received. A Bet is defined as one roulette/slot spin or one dealer's dealt hand in any table game, or one deal in any Video Poker game. This rule also applies when using any double up/gamble feature in any game, for example video poker. This means that the player may not continue to double a win to an amount larger than 20% of the bonus amount received. In case of a breach of this rule, the player agrees that his bonus and any associated winnings may be void. Exception: players are always allowed to place bets up to the size of €5, or currency equivalent, regardless of bonus amount received.

Does that sound like a casino that is under funded? Guess I'm going to have to send my documents after all.

.

I would not have played at this casino.

They have some unacceptable rules related to bonuses, like for example:

14. Players will only be able to make a one-time withdrawal for a maximum amount of 10x the original deposit when the winnings result from playing a match bonus. Surplus winning credits will then be forfeited.

(Edit: I see you updated your post :) )

Yes I noticed that... After I deposited! :o It's always the one time you forget to check the T&Cs. Max withdrawal of 10X the original deposit amount is nothing. This looks like a casino that is underfunded to me. Luckily I only deposited 20 bucks :)

blimey thats crap lol

LOL! That's exactly what I thought :) Oh well I guess that's what I get because I forgot to read the T&Cs. I'm actually really surprised by the low max cash out though I know that some casinos have this rule but 10X at a Netent casino??? :eek2:

Your welcome :) I had a good laugh myself when I read those T&Cs ;)

I obviously won't be getting paid my full withdrawal but meh what will 20 bucks get you these days? I'm happy that I can at LEAST warn other people though as I didn't see any other threads on this forum about Exclusive Bet. I'm guessing that's because other members are a WHOLE LOT smarter than me and they never ran into this problem :o

That actually does alot, I will not play there now when you wrote about it and I bet that there are more players that think this way.

I try to do my part :) I was just extremely shocked with the low max withdrawal. What I've also noted is that I haven't received any correspondence from the casino to my email inbox. TBH I don't really care it's probably going to be a PITA trying to collect on any part of my withdrawal from a casino that seems to be so underfunded that they attach a 10X max withdrawal to bonuses... I'm just going to learn from this lesson.

I asked about these on the original thread, and noticed they changed the terms now to x10 max withdrawl! it used to be £10k max bonus winnings! pleased I never bothered signing up last year...

Is this just for the signup bonus? Or does this apply to all bonuses?

Applies to all bonuses. Almost comical that they offer bonuses when you can't withdraw more than 10X your deposit. I think that's the lowest max cash-out that I have seen at any online casino.

I have a real shocker for them: How about not offering bonuses? :eek2:

I haven't bothered pursuing them over the withdrawal. I figure a casino that seems so underfunded is going to be a real PITA to get money from.

Mark, thanks for the thread. It shows, that you really have to read everything, when signing up and depositing.

I would rather burn my money in the back garden, than give them to these crooks. Even though that rule is more common
than we would like to think (hell even the lately praised CasinoFloor has a 5k max WD on 500 bonus, which is 10x as well),
what these guys have is the worst of them all. Pure and simple, it is a trap. Even the deposit bonus is actually non cashable :what:

Well I have an update from this (what seems to be) scam of a casino Exclusive Bet - I received an email from them to my inbox with a KYC form attached that needs to be printed, filled out, scanned back onto the computer, and then emailed back to the casino but wait there's more... The whole KYC form is in another language!

I haven't bothered pursuing my withdrawal, I figured after seeing their terribly low max cash-out (screams underfunded) they were going to make it difficult enough to withdraw but sending me a KYC form that's in another language? :eek2:

I really don't understand how these clip joint casinos manage to build up a solid enough clientele to stay in business for longer than a week :what:

I actually agree with you :) However at this time of the year it's more about the convenience or for that matter inconvenience. I think from what's been written on this thread so far anyone can see that Exclusive Bet obviously seems to be underfunded. They sent me a printable KYC form in another language :eek2:

I could pursue them but for such a small amount (under $500) I can just see it as being a rather tiresome bothersome experience like trying to get blood out of a stone.
