Everymatrix Question

Hi all,

So its Sunday and the weather was bad so i thought i'd hunt for deposit bonus too pass some time, I came across Fantasino (Everymatrix) and decided to have a bash.
So before making an account i did my usual and headed over to askgamblers to see what casinos Everymatrix run (to make sure i hadnt excluded from a sister site previously) and didn't recognise any of the names of the casinos.

Long story short i've beaten the wagering and now after further reading on the web i see that Casinocruise are apparantly an everymatrix casino, however when looking at the bottom of the site it states that Genesis Global Limited are the company who run the site.

As i have self excluded from this site (simply due to the fact that I had too many accounts open and therefore wanted to reduce the number down to about 3/4) I am now worried i'll get stung.

Does anyone know why the site does not mention Everymatrix anywhere, is it now run not by Everymatrix?

I'm hoping i dont get stung as i always check before signing up to a new casino to make sure i have not previously excluded at a siser site.

I’m sure if you have signed up using the same details etc then it should have showed that you have self excluded from there sister site.

Sure not sure what will happen to be honest.

If they link you’re 2 accounts then there’s a chance you might not get you’re money and you’re deposit back.

The Genesis Group (Casino Cruise, Spinit, Sloty, Vegas Hero etc) moved from the Everymatrix platform to their own platform about 1 year ago, so you should be OK.

BTW, so you go to AG to look but then come here to post your issue? Welcome to CM!

Best is to click on the Gambling Commission link at a casino as it will lead you to the license page where it will show all sister sites under the same license. Surely more up to date than AG.

Yeah they are part of the Genesis group. If they were everymatrix it would be included in their description

They are still listed on EM's site, so maybe they still use some service from them. They do not share the license though so it shouldn't be a problem.

I have an issue where I excluded from all Everymatrix casino's many years ago as they were taking had all sorts of shitty casinos on their license.

One of their decent casinos Casinofloor migrated from the Everymatrix platform to the MT SecureTrade platform and took their excluded players with them, so for the past 18 months I cant play at any MT casinos and I can't remove the exclusion as Casinofloor has never been operational since moving and nobody at any other MT casino is willing to help.

Casinos moving from one platform to another can and usually do take their exclusion lists with them which I've found out to my cost more than this one time.

Thanks for the replies, after a little more seaching i did notice that on the pogg it states that everymatrix historically ran casino cruise/sloty etc.
Phew! I'm sure many of you know what its like though, its hard enough beating a deposit bonus so to get nothing but your deposit back after about 9 hours of slotting would have been a right stinker but as it turns out the withdrawal has already been processed even though documents haven't even been approved.
Whilst im here i would like to say that the site was nothing but a headache, almost every single game i played crashed over and over again, and as most the games i play have had their autoplay buttons disabled it really makes you just want t get it over with!
Seriously what clever dick thought taking autoplay off a game such as Bonanza which i love to row would be fun! I know its the new laws but IMO the quickspin/insta spin is where the problem gambling lies not autoplay.

Im banned for life on trada and all MT secure trade casinos. About 3 years ago I lost about 20 deposits in a row on each with an rtp below 50% and I was just tired of it and didnt want anymore offers so I told them to close my account for good in a fit of annoyance. Both casino platform have banned me for life. Do I regret it? Maybe a little I dunno but only because I cant try new casinos from them if i want and it waste my time sometimes. You have to be careful what you say especially when a bit unfamiliar how self exclusion works.
