Another unsolicited phone call from them this afternoon!

If email spam wasn't bad enough they are now spamming my phone! :eek2:

I am losing patience.

There is absolutely no way I will ever promote you and your properties which are:

Tony G Poker
Casino Bellini
Bingo Day
Poker Ocean
Titan Poker
Craps.com
Cameo Casino
Casino Del Rio
Vegas Red
Titan Casino
Europa Casino
Casino Tropez

I did not give you permission to phone me. I have never given you permission to spam my email account. God knows what you do to players spam wise.

In short I would appreciate you never contact me again!

They will track you down. If you register with them, they will still ask you to join, offer you special deals if you bring in xxx players then change their minds:D

So, they have linked your email address to your phone number. If you have not registered, someone who had both your email and phone number could have sold it on to this program. If this were run of the mill spam, there is no way they could link up the "random" email addresses to phone numbers.

They MAY have been snooping with the registrars for your website, and obtained extra information this way, and may well send you some "junk mail", or even send one of those pushy salesmen round to your house.

Interestingly enough, I have received several "invites" like this through MY site, despite the fact that outwardly it is cripplingly out of date, and if they had REALLY looked, and invited me because they "liked what they saw", they are pretty dumb (it still promotes Casino Action (TUSK) :D)

Now the PROGRAMS are spamming, not just the casinos.

I compare Europartners affiliate manages to telesales staff. I worked for BT in telesales before it became commonplace. We used to rake it in. I quit when it became unbearable. I can sympathise with the customers & that got me the sales. I wish I kept the recorded message from my team mate, I played it at a party for him. He was a push, push salesman. No standards, no morals.

My general sales were pretty high until I got switched to an elderly or south of england calling list. It happened one week a month. My friend beat me in sales one week a month.

BT has gone downhill in the last 10-12 years. They outsource their work to india. I am not racist but if i cannot explain an issue, its not good. Many of the staff do not have a basic understanding of english. (glasgow v south of england so I understand, lol)

My latest phone line was attacked with spam. I have 3 phone lines and keep my numbers seperate. BT sent my number on a spam fest after a few days.

Europartners is the future unless it is nipped in the bud.

There is a weakness in the system. Whilst there is the UK equivalent of the "do not call" list, companies can skirt around the rules merely by shifting telesales offshore. Poland seems to be becoming ever more popular. I found that the authorities were pretty much powerless to enforce anything if the call came from outside the country. I also identified that these companies were spoofing the CLI, making it impossible to even MAKE a complaint, yet getting their spammy phonecall past "anonymous caller reject". CLI 001000000000000000000 bollocks!!!!
They have taken a leaf out of the email spammers handbook, it will soon be necessary to block specific CLI by "clicking on it and marking the sender (caller) as spam". Currently, this is not a viable option since block lists are limited to about 10 numbers, and you have to pay monthly fees just to try to refuse these types of call.
The ONLY way out would be to have a "home switchboard" (or emulator for such on a PC somewhere), and manage all your calls, and pre-vet them. I can just imagine..... pushy salesman calls your home phone, and gets, "press 1 to...... etc."

By the way, for all you spammy callers, here's my home phone, feel free ;)
