I would say that you are very lucky if you haven't seen it before.
It's a common problem and some people are often disconnected. I haven't seen that error for months though so I'm lucky too

I got the same at 32Red - it's much worse tonight than usual though, you can't really play anything at all, it's quite frustrating. I asked in chat and they said they were aware of the problem and were working on it.

I'm pretty sure it's the error that comes immediately after Error 1 - and it happens just before Error 3. It can get a little tricky. Watch out!
Seriously, contact Nedplay's support. They should be able to give you a better explanation than I just did.

We are aware of a technical problem across all of our brands, this is being worked on as priority. Initial investigations suggest it may be a network issue not specific to 32Red.
I'll post once we have any further updates, sorry for the inconvenience.
