enlarge avatar pic?

can someone please tell me how to enlarge my avatar pic? it says i can only have picture that is 150 by 150. i see some members with nice big pictures. thank you.

go into settings at top right of this page, then look down left column and you will find "edit avatar". from there click the browse button and select from your personal pics.
