well, if the OPA would actually help me out here, I'd be more than happy to contribute a large sum of my winnings to help defray costs. But when I CC copies of my emails to casinos, and the OPA doesnt add them to my complaint, when my emails to the OPA concerning this go unanswered, when I IM OPA on AOLIM and they sign off as soon as the message is recieved, how am i supposed to feel?

I understand *busy*, but plain ignoring what I've been sending you for 3 weeks? Cmon, this is ridiculous.

Hi Lucky,

I don't think CCing is the way to go. If you have further complaints with a casino, you should fill out another request form so it goes through the proper channels. If you're ccing people, it's hard to know if the person you are ccing is the one who is handling the VS problem, and this case is a BIG problem. Right now patience is the key to the door of getting your deposits back. I don't think anyone has received their deposits.

The Danes who are NOT OPA members have been coming to me, and none of them have received diddly squat.

Bryan

well how was i supposed to know that? Am I supposed to fill out a new comlaint every time I come into additional problems with a particular casino? I mean, wouldnt that get cluttered if I filed one complaint for non payment, and then, three weeks later, they still havent paid me, and I file another complaint?

That doesnt make sense to me. Im not sure how your internal organization is, or how its structured to handle complaints, but something seems amiss here. Please take this constructively-I understand this is hard work.

Im not danish, and I am an OPA member. If people are coming to you who are NOT opa members are want you to help them, tell them to •••• off. That aint your responsibility.

Hey Lucky,

It was only a suggestion. You need to contact Steve to get an update.

As for me telling people to •••• off, take a look at the URL here. This is Casinomeister.com and this is my forum. I've been helping players resolve their problems longer than most people in this business. I don't handle OPA member's disputes because they have the OPA to handle their claims.

Bryan

Lucky, Once again CCing me on an email does not get a response.

So now I have been ignoring you for three weeks? If you want a response from the OPA. Contact us directly with your complaint number. I bet the CC email did not even have the complaint number on it. How am I suppose to do anything with that?

You know what? You cannot IM the OPA on Aol. We have it set up not to receive them.

When you send us a copy of an email that you are writing to the casino. That shows us that you are dealing with the complaint. Then you dont put a complaint number on the damn thing and think we should know all about it. Then you come here and bitch about no response?

Give me a ••••••• break

Steve, I hope that our emails that I have exchanged with you over the past hour or so will lower your attitude. I'm not trying to be a dick here, just trying to figure out whats wrong. Automatically assuming that I fucked up and didnt include a complaint number is absolutely ridiculous. 2 emails had it in the subject, another email specifically addressed the OPA as part of the email, saying add this to complaint # 815. Please, Im trying to be as respectful as I can here, and Im sure you can a tad more respectful toward your (paying) members.

As I said in my email to you about an hour ago(which I know you have recieved, but I want the rest of the board to hear me out), each email said something to the effect of "hi, why arent you answering me", or "hello, you continue to not answer me and im wondering what the problem is", etc. I guess I assumed that the OPA would read the emails and notice that I was not getting anywhere. I apologize for making the assumption. Again, thats part of my posting here, to try and find out how your system works so its more efficient for all of us in the future.

As for IMing you, all I konw is that I typed up an IM asking what was happening with my complaint, sent it, and immediately you signed off. I dont even know if you got it or not. I guess its a coincidence if you say that you cannot recieve them, but it didnt seem that way at the time. :)

Bryan-My apologies. The last part of my posting was not addressed to you. It seemed like it (my fault), but it was intended to be addressed to the OPA. I understand that you are seperate from the OPA.

Now, lets quit bitching at each other and get to the root of the problem: TVS. :) I know you just said you are working on it, and I appreciate that. Consider all hostility on this end dropped, I hope the reverse is the same.

Hi Steve.. Mary Bryan and other OPA fellow members

I havent posted in a while.. but for the record
"Lucky" when I had personally a serious
problem with being paid by the Aloha Casino
having never even heard of OPA before..

One night after exhausting all efforts on my
part to have the problem resolved..
I found OPA ... for reference look at
complaint #805 I believe Aloha Casino.. if
its still there..

I stated facts no emails just facts to this
forum.. and I got an instaneous response
from Steve personally who bent over backwards
to help me.. as well as Bryan ,, Mary and
many many others in the OPA .. as well as members like me
too..
Yes I can see myself where just ccing OPA would
get you no where.. if you have done all
you could do to get paid which sounds like you have why not
file the complaint with the facts..
I sure did
my share of posting to the world on here about
my mess.,. and today Im a much richer happier
camper.. and by the way "Lucky " correct me
anyone if I am wrong .. but dont steve and larry as well others that work for us OPA members.. do this on a volunteer basis .. without pay ??
bellamia..

"if you have done all
you could do to get paid which sounds like you have why not
file the complaint with the facts..
I sure did "

I dont mean to be disrespectful, but you are clueless if you have really read this whole thread and not figured out that I filed a complaint. A LONG time ago, nearly 2 months, I think. If the references to what EXACT complaint mine was didnt tip you in, I dont know what would. Please, stay out of this unless you are intending of actually reading what was written.

"my share of posting to the world on here about
my mess.,. and today Im a much richer happier
camper.."

Did you donate a sizable portion of your collected winnings to the OPA as help? You should have.

"and by the way "Lucky " correct me
anyone if I am wrong .. but dont steve and larry as well others that work for us OPA members.. do this on a volunteer basis .. without pay ??"

Uh, Im not suggesting this site is rolling in the money, and I know quite a bit goes towards phone bills, but over 25,000 has been collected in subscription fees. Im sure a good bit more has come from donations. Where that money goes is none of my business, and I dont care. All I care is that it is used for a good purpose, and I can rely the support of those who collect the money to help me in my time of need. I never once said anything about their pay-what is your point?

"lUCKY " yoU truly do show your colors..
and are truly one obnoxious so and so..
no wonder nobody wants to pay you ..

cant take the heat get out of the kitchen..

if you have a problem getting paid stop
going back for more of the same..

Hey, hey, hey dearhearts, chill! Let's bash the bad guys and not each other. Bellamia is happy she got her money, and Lucky is still in that space of frustration of not having emails answered. The OPA was founded out of that frustration! We understand it well.

The OPA receives over 500 emails a day. We do not allow people to IM our screen name.

We do not answer emails that are Cc'd to the OPA.
