Mary and Bryan..

If a software supplier and/or a casino openly admit on thier website thier games are in fact not random does that mean the OPA or you or the Meister will remove them from the blacklist or in newer cases not blackball them?

Can't remember exactly but i do recall some people getting upset by lassiters blackjack for some reason but had no quibble as the thing they were upset about is stated in the terms.

Probably totally unrelated as the 2 above may well be i am still slightly unsure of the question about displaying thier non randomness upfront.

They should be shut down permanently. I am astonished enough that the RCMP haven't been by their offices yet.

(Message edited by MelatNova on November 29, 2002)

Lassiter's blackjack is dealt from an infinite deck. It's still random.

Even if a site were to admit it was non-random, it would remain "Not Recommended" by OPA.

Just in case anyone thinks I am still involved with the GambleGoddess network (including CasinoWoman),I want to set the record straight:

The facts are this: Lesnick sold the site outright, without my knowledge or consent, and even though he verbally claims he only sold his half, Ecash/2k/owncasino/etc say NO they bought the sites outright and Lesnick arranged this with them. My former partner and ecash are definitely in bed together on this. No matter what my former partner's claim is, he has the only copy of an agreement for sale between them and he refuses to part with it or to let anyone see it.

I would never involve myself with a casino and certainly never one of this calibre.

Maryann Morrison
